@Kaylee – Have you called them since you are past your 60-days? if so, what happened? Did they state that you will be getting anything through the mail? Because I was told if I don’t receive my refund by May 2nd or receive anything by mail to give them a call.

April 28, 2019 at 5:11 pm in reply to: We have received your tax return and it is being processed. #4325889@Denise z – Same here because it has been 2 months with no movement in my transcripts. I was told by IRS Rep that if I have not received my refund by May 2nd to give them a call. A week (last Saturday – April 20th) before I was told I was supposed to have received another letter (60-day review) stating that they needed additional time. So from my 1st letter that was sent out on the March 18th that I should have received a letter dated March 14th regarding the 60-day review) So instead of my review being completed May 2nd, my “new” date would be May 13th instead. I am really starting to get really unhopeful and upset because everyone is receiving refunds. My issue with my refund is that my 2nd employer did not submit my Withholding and the IRS is only showing my 1st employer and is why my refund is on hold. The IRS has to verify my withholding with my employer. The bookkeeper stated that she has submitted my W-2. My letter stated that I did not need to take any action. My thing is I will take action if it will help speed up the process to get my refund.

@monique – i checked mines to see & mines is completely blanked. it says: ‘no record of file returned.’ i wonder what does that mean? do anyone else have that message?
where do you see the code 1541 on the WMR IRS page? Because my code was 152. What is the difference between the two?
@Lilly – with the codes 570 & 971 did you ever receive a letter since you had those codes for several weeks?
@Sbaxter – where you can locate your codes are in the section: Record of Account Transcript. Your codes will be located on the left-hand side in the “Transaction” section. Then you will see a list of your codes. Hope this helps! :)
