I filed my taxes 1/12 and they were accepted 1/13. I received a letter at the end of January (the 4464C letter). I ordered my transcripts without any difficulty. I got my account transcript yesterday and it has several codes on it and dates.
Return Due Date or Return Received Date (Whichever is later) April 15, 2017

Code 570 “Additional Account action pending” Date 02272017Can anyone help me understand what all this means? Some have said that it means my refund will have a DDD on the 27th, others have said that it means nothing and my return is being “examined” and I won’t see or hear anything until November – I’m so confused. Some other people have said that they got their refunds without the 846 code. A few other people have gotten their refunds without it showing on the WMR. I’m very, very confused.
I’m right there with you, I’m part of the test batch. I got my account transcript and it has all sorts of crap on it. Some people I’ve asked have said that because I got that 4464C letter, that I won’t see my refund till November, others have said that I’ll my DDD on Saturday and get my refund right after the 27th. You’re definitely not alone.
I filed on 1/12, accepted on 1/13. I received the 4464C letter at the end of January. I did claim the EITC and ACTC. I have been able to order my account and return transcripts. I received my return, but not my account yet. On WMR, it states that my return has been received and is being processed without any additional codes or anything. My “expected refund” is still there, but no bars or anything else. I’d love to hear from anyone else that may have been through this and what the outcome is/was. I hate the idea of any of this being held up because of something silly. I’ll keep ya posted!!

Filed 01/12 with both credits (EIC and ACTC) Received a letter (4464C) at the end of January. Called the IRS last week and was given the generic “If you don’t hear anything for 60 days, call back”. I’ve been able to order both my transcripts (received one yesterday w/ no codes or anything). I have the generic “your return has been received and it’s being processed”. I’ve had the PATH message and now it’s just the received one. Does anyone have any idea what might be going on? I did my taxes and my mom’s and we both have the same thing. SO frustrated.
same here….this whole mess is just BS. I appreciate wanting to be protected from tax fraud, but come on – WTH is the problem??
Hi!! I’m not sure about cycle dates and such, but I filed and was accepted on 01/12/2017. I received one of those 4464C letters at the end of January. Has anyone else received one of these letters? Filed as “Head of Household” with the EITC and ACTC. I do have the path message, however the “expected refund” section of WMR has disappeared. Any ideas or suggestions? Thanks in advance and I really hope that everyone gets their refunds quickly
