Never went to further review like I have for the past 3 years

At the end of the day It does not matter what they tell me Or the next 10 people because no one is going to believe anything they don’t want to hear. All everyone wants to hear is when we are getting our refund.

We also have keep in mind we are just a handful of people out of the millions filing a NY state return in real life we don’t know how many people got the audit message. So we don’t know if its so many people that got it.

I’m still on processing. last 2 years i had to send in my W2s for what ever reason i sent them in via my online account before i even received the letter and my refund was sent within a week or 2.

You can call and get the status.
The rep i just spoke to said they are doing maintenance to the website this system upgrade has nothing to do with anyone’s refund or will change the status of anyone’s refund. You can still use the automated services.

So far I’m still processing since 1/30. And this year my state is not even as much as is use to be so Its not worth them playing games with. lol

How are you? I haven’t posted much this year but I see a lot of drama whats going on lol. How is this tax season going for you guys?

I was accepted 1/30 still on the processing script. By this time i usually have switched over to further review to send a W2. keeping my fingers crossed this year.

This year they can just surprise me. because NY state be doing the most.

I was accepted on 1/25. been on Further review for 11 days. called they said no issues. I went through this last year no issues so they said, I did not get my refund until march.

Hey ladies I was with y’all last year Sharon I can’t belive you didn’t get your refund until May we all sent in info around the same time.

If I remember correctly they didn’t give us any info about the delay until it had been 31 days with NY state. Ughh I hope that is not the case.

Same here no movement on my NY State. Federal was accepted right away. I filed on the 19th.

No not New York State sorry only Federal. Ny State isn’t open for filling yet. Well Atleast that’s what I thought.

Yes federal was accepted yesterday I filed on the 19th. But I have the same credits that delayed refunds last year. So not expecting a deposit until after February 27th.

Just rechecked I no longer have the further review message. Had it earlier now it’s back to the original we have received your return it’s being processed.

@Tara & all in the same boat. I just checked NYS again since my previous message I no longer have the “need further review” I have the original we received your refund and it is in processing. I hope the next is DDD.
