FYI – I had a DD date of 2/13. WMR still showed “Refund Approved” and i DID get my refund this morning. Hopefully the rest of you 2/13ers will too :)

Ok so I filed 1/31, accepted same day and its been in pending status ever since. 21 days….blah blah…tax topic 152, etc. I just got a letter 2 days ago (4464c) saying my return is in review, we will contact you if we need more info, wait 60 days, etc. But still when I check WMR, IRS2GO or the hotline, it says we have received your return and it is being processed.
I REALLY want to know if I’m really under review, if its just a glitch, if its just a form letter sent to everyone that has EIC or dependents or whatever. This sucks! Worst tax season EVER.
My stats are refund $8000, EIC, 2 dependents (these are new for this year) no education credits, no schedule C, no 1099

It’s good to hear some good news coming from us 30/31st folks. I still have no news… other than I was told I have no holds, reviews, etc. Definitely no offsets so just sitting and waiting. I did finally attempt to order return transcript and it’s not available for me. The rep I spoke with yesterday said I was not resequenced and I started processing on the 1st (filed 31st)… so I really don’t know what could take 2 weeks to process, I do not have a complicated return. However, it gives me hope that so many of you in the same boat are finally starting to get a DDD… or your refund! That’s kind of what I’m hoping… I’ll wake up one day with money in the bank :)
I also tried to check the Go app…and no luck
I called amjay…got the 21 day speech and hung up on!! And i was cordial….not now im pissed
2013taxpayer I guess we have to wait and just see but I do find it interesting that if you don’t mention the letter they don’t mention it either. I will just hope for the best but thank you for sharing.
called again & told no holds, flags or under review. i didn’t mention the letter either. they’re showing it’s processing. wmr is unavailable for me right now too.
I had mine at 6am this morning when I was getting ready for work.
I had mine around 11pm last night.
Posted this to the feed but I know it goes by really fast. Supposed to get my dd tomorrow 2/14. Checked WMR this am, phone hotline and checked the IRsto goapp. Was able to see that it still says I will get dd tomorrow. Checked the irstogo app and it said THere was a problem with your information please try again later. Yes I am OCDing,
I really think this new fraud system automatically flagged everyone that filed early for a review. I’ve file the same way with the same information for 6 years. They should just realase those now that the education credits are starting to process today, that’s just going to clog up the system even more. I have this sinking feeling that those of us under review are going to have to wait till the end of the tax season before we get anything. I havn’t talked to anyone that was put under review and is now out. I called the Tax Advocate yesterday and got a case open but I havn’t talked to the agent in charge, they are suppose to call me back before Friday to take the case to the IRS for expiditied process.
I filed on the 30th, accepted on the 30th via TT, Single, simple return. I talked to an actually nice IRS Agent who told me that he didn’t see anything wrong with my Refund, just that it’s taking time with the large amount of refunds. What a relief, was worried that there was something wrong.
Filed and accepted 1/30. On 1/31, one orange bar, processing 21 days message. Ordered both transcripts on 2/8. WMR still stuck on one orange bar, same processing 21 days message, no DDD. The transcript thing is a crap shoot…it does NOT mean you will get a ddd within 1-2 days. There are lots of us who have ordered them and 5 days later still have the same status as we had before we could order them. No holds, no offsets, not a complicated return, no education credits…and no magical direct deposit sitting in the bank regardless. Pretty stinking tired of this.
Last year, we did have an offset. That took 6 weeks before the remainder of the refund was direct deposited. Not new to the waiting game but very tired of waiting when there is NO reason to.
I filed a tax return for a friend 5 days after doing mine…she received her refund yesterday morning.

As of 2.11 about 10:30pm I was able to order transcripts. I couldn’t do it 5 hours prior.
I checked at 5 AM 2.13 and my DDD is 2.15.
I never saw a “still processing” status.
I RECEIVED MY REFUND TODAY. My status bar moved to APPROVED sometime between 2 and 5 this morning.Anyone go into Take action and come out yet? It says if I wish to talk to someone to call. But I am very limited on time frames to call and cannot give up an hour to call them. I filed 1/30. Approved 1/31. Ordered transcripts 2/7. 2/8 went into your tax refund has been delayed. Just wondering if anyone would have any insight.
So Filed on 1/30. Excepted 1/30. Was able to order a return transcript 2/9/12. Only to change my status to “Your refund has been delayed”… anyone else dealing with this?
There is no rhyme or reason….mine was the 5th..accepted same day…nothing here and no transcript im finally calling….well
By the way I still can’t order transcripts yet so I am not done processing I suppose.
Well I called the holds department and acted as if I just wanted to know the status of the return. He looked through the return and he said everything looks totally fine, no holds, no flags, etc just processing. Said they are overwhelmed with returns right now and possible could go past 21 days but I was accepted on 28th so 21st day would be 18th. I never mentioned the letter to see if the system showed anything and he said he saw nothing wrong with the return and the processing of it. I asked if the 21 days message dissapearing and the your return is processing is a good sign and he verified it was a good change in status update. SMH I don’t know what to believe or maybe the review could be over? Let’s just try to keep each other updated the best we can even though we all have different situations we do however have one thing is common in that we have been told we are in review or received a CP05 letter or in my case a 4464c letter.

i had fees deducted from refund, sbtpg still shows they haven’t gotten my refund yet, i have jpm chase via rushcard.

Drea, I would say Saturday or Tuesday. I filed the 6th and have a DDD of Friday the 15th so I’m positive you will have yours shortly after I get mine. Have you been able to order your return transcripts then you are on the right track!
same here…i filed/accepted 2/5, approved 2/9, finally got irs lady to give me ddd of 2/14 then wmr shows me 2/15 this morning. i’m so confused and sick of the lies.
Ok I just tried a new way for my address for transcripts and it went to the next step but said one wasn’t available
My refund is in the bank today! So my DDD was correct!
This is very frustrating this year. I filed on 1-30 through taxact was accepted shortly after midnight est on 1-31. I was on the first bar with the 21 day message until about a week ago and now Im on the refund received date will be given when available message. I have checked for offsets and it says I have none. Nothing different on my return this year then the past 3 years. I called the IRS monday and they gave me the standard response of waiting 21 days. I tried to order my transcripts and keep getting the message that my address is incorrect and I have tried it every way possible with and without abbreviations. My sister filed after me and has already received her money.
Filed 1/30, Accepted 1/30, via TT, been processing ever since, for 2 weeks now. Simple return, no deductions, TT shows very low audit risk, etc.
I can here Consuela, the Maid lady on Family Guy going No, No on the other side.I’m in your boat as well….filed 2/5 accepted immediately….and have the 21 day with the tax topic 152 for days now….i also cant order trans. Feel like I’m gonna scream soon !
Filed 1/24, accepted 1/27….ordered transcripts 5 days ago. Called IRS yesterday and they told me I was under review. I never got a letter or code. Told me it could be up to 45 days. Has anyone that was under review got through the whole process yet?
I am going to go crazy soon….. I filed and was accepted immediately on 2/5 and have gotten nothing still 9 days later. Still just the “we are still processing your return…blah, blah, blah…topic 152….I can not order transcripts still… What the heck. This new system blows!!!!!!! I as well as countless others just want a ddd. I know that there is thousands of people filing everyday but still.. The process isn’t new. We have been filing taxes for years and you would think that this would be a simple process by now. Being told that they are “STILL PROCESSING” your return and it will be there by 21 days(if the IRS feels like it) is ridiculous….you might as well say …. we will get to it when we get to it now go sit down and be quiet. Ok Off my Soap Box…SORRY just very frustrated….
Like I said, once you can order your return transcript you should be on your way to a DDD. If you haven’t received much info, call the IRS number, hit 7 and you will. Get a rep. Say when you log into arm or call wmr it says they have no record of you. That’s what I did.
Ugh :( I was so positive that I would see some change this morning but woke up to the same processing message! I think I am going to cry…lol

I’m going to go by the “when you can order your return transcript then you will get a DDD soon” rule. Was able to order that yesterday and today woke up with a DDD. Stay positive guys!

Filed 2/6/13 EIC, single, with a filing status change after 9 years.Accepted 2/6/13. Called this morning got dd date of 2/15. Went from processing to processing with tax topic 152 on 2/12/13.Also was able to order return transcript on 2/12/13
Haven’t checked mine yet, but they say it goes back to processing once the funds have been sent.

I also received the 2/15 date. Was unable to use the app or the website and was about to give up hope for the day, but decided to call the wmr hotline. Solo relieved right now.
Yaaaay, I finally got a deposit date this morning of 2/15/2013…never ordered any transcripts. I am very happy to see this..will keep u posted on if I get the deposit on time. Good luck to the rest of you. FYI my file/accepted date was 1/30/2012.

Still Processing here. I read on the facebook page that alot of people filed/accepted 1/30 &1/31 but when they called they got resequenced and didn’t really get accepted until like the 8th. That sucks. I will keep checking daily and if nothing new by next week then I may give them a call.
Ok just checked and now I got being processed again, hope the system is just messed up

There are many individuals that ordered transcripts and received their DD the next day or so. It’s been a common practice this year and I have to say it is accurate. I’m still stuck in the damn processing loop.
@sparkle if that was the actual case I would of had my dd by now. I ordered BOTH transcripts the 4th got them yesterday and still nothing.

I filed with tax slayer and was accepted on Jan 25th. This is the first change I have seen on Wmr since my initial acceptance.
F/a 1/30. Married joint, one w2, eic, 4 dependants. Still 21 day message. Still no transcripts. Called hold dept today to make sure all was ok. She verified it was received but had not even STARTED processing yet :( no projected ddd
@malawong62 You will receive your ddd within the next 1-2 days. The ability to order a Return transcript is a good sign. GL!!
Anyone ddd 2/13 that bank with Chase have their $$ yet? Please post once you receive your DD in your account.
