I updated to” your return has finished processing and is in the initial approval stage . Your refund status will update automatically when we assign a refund issue date”. I have never seen this before I’m not sure if this is a good thing or I should still worry can anyone tell me.
Still have not received a date was accepted by state on 02/05 have been processing since the 12th can anyone that gets a date please say when the return was finally accepted I know a few of us had to submit it more than once
Nothing since the 12th on this end.
Does anyone have an idea when we will see refund dates?
Mines changed from further review to processing around 5:00 p.m.
@jeninny I honestly believe the whole state was everyone I have talked to has the same message. I’m just wanting to know when they are going to fix the issue
Has anyone got any updates since being placed on further review? Or knows when the state may possibly update people’s status?
Filed 01/29 federal accepted NYS pending until 02/04 then rejected due to an error I used TT . TT says the error was fixed and to review return then refile now I’m pending again. Filed my daughter’s 02/01 she was accepted for NYS 02/03 but also went straight to further review does anyone know why that’s happening ?

Does anyone know when NY updates for DDD dates for the next week? My daughter got her state Tuesday but when I checked last week Thursday it had said still processing

@nynic Hopefully you will get an update later this evening with a DDD 🤞GrayT if you have an online account with them you can respond to the letter there it usually post there before you receive it in the mail.

Just checked my account no letters yet, they told me yesterday that there was no issue with the account just had to wait I hope that’s true

I was just able to login no change still on further review.
krose at least you were able to get some information on what’s going on I get none at all this is ridiculous and makes absolutely no sense, it’s not like they didn’t know in advance they didn’t have enough workers this tax season.
Filed 1/31 accepted 2/01 miss info for a week updated to processing for 5 days then last Thursday went to under further review and haven’t updated since smh. Is this a further review a place holder for slow processing on there part because it doesn’t make any sense that many people are getting this including people that just filed and are accepted no processing just straight to further review.
Does anyone have a clue why many of us keep going from no information, to processing, then to further review, and then back to processing because this doesn’t make any sense
I’m starting to think that this further review thing for most of us that were caught in that wrong info error is a way to buy time until they can fully process us again smh.
First I had info doesn’t match error for a week then went to processing now I’m in needs further review this is unbelievable smh

I’m still getting information does not match error. Has anyone one else with this called and gotten some information as to what is going on.
Just called again the rep said that most of her calls all day were because of the incorrect information issue and told me mines was processing. Yesterday I was told I may need further review so hopefully this means I don’t and I can get a ddd soon.

Still getting information doesn’t match called and spoke to someone they don’t what’s wrong, but said my return may need further review. +15184575181 call when prompted go to other issues not return status you may be on hold 30 minutes or more but you can speak to a human
Does anyone know what going on in the system that it keeps saying info doesn’t match I’m hearing a lot of people are having that issue this year.

I think there having problems with the system and they don’t even know what’s really going on. I file the same every year except this year I did look back it makes no sense and 2 workers have told me the numbers I have are correct. Maybe because the federal hasn’t processed yet I don’t really know.ZmaNY5
By any chance did you use the look back option on your return?I just called again because they keep telling me info is incorrect. This time she said it may need further review she wasn’t sure why the system says info is incorrect. I asked her was that here speculation or is the system saying that she said it was hard to explain it was an internal thing.
Checked again this morning still saying wrong info is anyone else having this issue and if so have you called to find out what was going on and what where you told.

I called the lady told me there was a lot of that and it was probably because the return was actively processing. But she did check and said the information I had was correct. I will call again if it doesn’t change by Friday.
I’m trying to check my refund status and it says the information does not match . Is anyone else having this issue.
I finally was accepted around 12:00 am . I filed my daughter return at 7 pm and she was accepted at 3:00 am. SMH there is know logic to how quickly or slowly they accept returns.
How long does it take for NY to accept. Filed yesterday and federal was accepted in five minutes I still have not heard anything for state.
I updated today to a 3/9 direct deposit

I have 570 code and a 767 and a as of date of 3/15 I don’t understand what is going on can someone please shed some light also I’m a weekly so does that mean I wont see any movement untile next Friday
I received 600 I called bancorp turns out it was for one of my children the one that was not listed on my tax return that I had to put in manually last stimulus. Myself and the 4 others that received without an error last time have not gotten ours.
Did anyone else receive a 600 payment but has dependents and did not get for them this time but received for them with first stimulus.
I received mine but the amount for children. Last one I got all deposits within minutes,this time just the one anyone else this issue and who do I talk to about it
I got my stimulas payment five minutes ago DD on PayPal prepaid which is thru NetSpend. SSBT did take fees from my tax return but the stimulas went straight to my account for those who are concerned about that as long as the card or bank account was listed on the return you will get DD to that account.

Sbtpg site back up now showing amount sent but with my routing and last four of account # that was not there this morning does that mean they sent it to the bank finally.
Sbtpg now says they still haven’t sent the funds to my bank and should send them by 9:00 EST. This after being told this morning that my funds were received and sent. She said there may have been a delay because there system is going in and out. SMH

I would say look for it anytime after 3 est or maybe earlier. Last year got it around 4:30 eat which is 12:30 pst.@linn if you have a prepaid card or bank that doesn’t hold funds you will have it today what time idk, I’m still waiting myself.
Is anyone else not able to log into sbtpg?
Sbtpg shows green circle and amount paid to me but at the top where it says amount received it’s still zero. When I called it says they still have not received my return. Anyone else getting this?

This is what I’m saying about everyone getting a different answer someone in the main forum posted that they would receive them this evening and send them out.@jtaylor866 it is currently 9:03 there.

@ricky2122 I have no reason to joke I’ve been on this site 7 years. This is what they are telling me but like with the IRS and calling for a deposit date different representatives may tell you different things. I’m just trying to confirm what they told me by having someone else on this forum with the same DDD call and receive an answer that is the same as what I am being given.Ok I called sbtpg again this time I was told they just received the refund from the IRS and It should be going out today. Call +18779087228 press option 2 give all info listen to all messages completely then it will connect you to a live representative or ask if you want a call back.
