Received and being processed
We received yur return and its being processed (yesterday)
Today I woke up to a message that i will recieve correspondence within 30 days…. Also still waiting for ddd on federal…..!Well I called the irs yesterday again because I didn’t trust that much what they told me last week , the lady confirmed what the first representative told me, plus a little bit more of information:
Filed and accepted 1/29
Irs said that they received on 2/1
told me that my Case was closed on 2/18
Cant request transcript til this moment, no bars, no code just the general message of still being processed… but she didn’t see any errors or letters. Just few attempts under my “name and ss” because this year I’m the first tax payer (husband deployed) plus i changed my name in the ss last year, but it was successful under my husband info. I guess they did our return manually, have to wait 4- 9 weeks.@texasgirl Thanks! I haven’t being able to request the transcript but for what I have seen this year everything is so crazy! So at least I have a pace of mind that everything is good this year for me… last year we got our refund in November!! So if i really have to wait 9 weeks isn’t that bad haha
Just got off the phone. Was told that everything was looking good, that my case was closed . Told me not need to verify identity also that my refund wasn’t accepted til Feb 1st even though I filed and got an email saying i was accepted Jan 29. Just to wait 9 more weeks…
This is so frustrating … 2014 got refund in october, last year got it on November… This year seems that is going to be the same Sc$tY*th… I guess that its time to relax and forget about the damn taxes like I’ve been doing this years and be really surprise and happy when they decide to give our money back!
@Melissa I think this is our issue. They put my name first because my husband is deployed so I filed using a POA, plus I have had to verify my identity the past 2 years! My 21 days will be next week! SO i dont know what to do if keep waiting or to call and see whats going on! I mean this is our first time e-filing. The past years we always filed on paper and we got our refund between october and november! because of my identity. Filing taxes its a traumatic experience for us every year …
