@Arreyis Congrats!!!!
@ Arreyis, Ok before I updated on transcript Friday, that Thursday I did have my husband do the id verification because I also noticed a lot of ppl saying that was they’re issue. Whether it worked or not I’m not sure since I did update the next day but it could’ve been because they were already working on it. I did call tops but the amount was for 2021 if that’s what your wondering
Sorry as of date 4/4
Transcript finally updated 4/2!!! Everything looks good just need the 846 code to release funds. Fingers crossed that happens soon. Going back previous years I see the 846 a couple weeks before my as of date, we’ll see
Still no update for me, no codes, no nothing. As of date stayed at 12/2021.
@ Arreyis did you as of date stay 3/14 or did it go back to 12/2021?
I filed abs got accepted 2/7, last week it updates to 3/14 then went back to 12/2021. So far no update this week
My as off date changed back to 12-2021 🤦🏽♀️
My transcript FINALLY updated accepted 2/7 as of date 3/17.
I filed Saturday with freetaxusa accepted this Tuesday. I initially started with TT but i couldn’t sign it to finalize because they stated irs was not accepting IS form until 2/10 which later changed to 3/17. Which is weird because I did not have that issue with freetaxusa.
I went ahead and filed through freetaxusa and was accepted the following day. Transcripts have not updated yet but I’m hoping Friday it will show something
Ugh, how do you know whether your a weekly or daily?
I filed last week of January through TT and it stated it would complete the filing once IRS accepts the IS form which should be 2/10, I logged in TT and now it stated 3/17. Idk what’s going on
GMP is also stating 3/24 for my husband half
So I found an article stating if we haven’t received all our payment that there’s not much to be done until we receive our 1444 letter (I didn’t even receive one for the second stimulus tho I got paid for it) and once we repot and still no payment then we’ll have a better chance of knowing more when we reach out to irs. Tho it also stated that there’s also a chance that we can still receive the deposit before then so we’re back to the first and second stimulus “glitch” again.
At this point I’d idk of hoping for a paper check vs amending is any better
They couldn’t give no real answer. She wasn’t really an irs rep because I had to call the eip number and they don’t take out personal info so she’s basically giving surface responses. And I can’t amend my tax until 3/25 because irs are still processing so much at once.
FYI I contacted the eip for the other half of the stimulus. They have my correct info but they basically told me I’ll have to file an amended return to get the other half which don’t make sense
Yea it was driving me crazy because we had so many good ppl on it and were good at keeping each other updated
@deana if you owe student loans you do need need to file IS as they are not offsetting any debt owed until September 2021. If you do file for your own security reasons it will prolong your estimated timeframe on when you get your refund
