Got an offset message today. Desposit date 2/24 with offset. So I go from path message for weeks to received processing then go this refund approve with some offset message. Well the offset is a lot less than my refund. So wonder how long refund will be delayed. It says on offset number they already took out the money. Always something. More drama to come

Just wondering if you scrolled all the way to the end of transcript? I kept getting confused cause mine looked like it hadn’t updated since originally it was showing the new stuff at the top but it moved to the bottom with the 846 code. GL

I paid my fees upfront so I wouldn’t have to go through SBTPG , applied for the advance, was denied and now being charged $40 and my refund IS ging through SBTPG because I applied for advance and have to wait till day of 2/24 because SBTPG releases day of! To top it all off SBTPG will send to CK card that I had trouble with! This is unlawful to charge for services that were NEVER provided. Bunch of thieves! TT lost a loyal customer!!!

@Tasha, did you read my other comment? It is a process. Your refund shouldn’t take much longer than it would, had you been given a ddd. Whatever that might’ve been, I’d imagine a week up to 3 weeks!

Wait for the letter, there will be more information in it. Sorry I cannot offer more. Every case is different, all we’re doing is guesstimate. Hopefully you’ll get answers soon.

I am using Varo this year instead of my traditional bank acct, I do have TT taking fees out, so my refund will unfortunately go to SBTPG first (I will be paying up front next year!), and no movement yet! Let’s keep our fingers crossed that we get our refunds sooner then later!

Keep in mind y’all, Capital One generally does not deposit ANYTHING early except for paycheck DD’s because paychecks are consistent over time and are less likely to be fraudulent or accidental. I’m not used to getting refunds, usually have to pay in but last couple years have gotten a refund. I used Cap One last year 2021, did not get refund early, was deposited on DDD around 6am.

Using TT and SBTPG is not a good idea. You will wait until the 24th. I’ll never use them again. I will not use Turbotax because of their association with SBTPG. I find it ridiculous how they hang on to it as long as they can. We’re living in a time where most banks get your money to you right away. There’s no sense in using company’s like TT/SBTPG. You’re better off using a freetax service and having it deposited in a bank account that doesn’t hang on to your money.
