I was able to talk to an SBTPG agent I can’t recall exactly what options to choose but you have to pick tax preparer. I will call tomorrow and try to replicate what I did and I’ll come back and let you know how.

Ddd 2-16 tt with ck card. Transcript says 846 2-16-22 but still no deposit. Sbtpg has not got it. I checked all the routing and account numbers and they are right. I have no offsets. I called ck and they have not got it I called tt and they said to call ck. I did help ticket with sbtpg but have not heard back yet. Anyone else have this going on? Or does anyone know what the problem could be.
I got these codes but it it was because they forgot to add a dependent and tried to adjust my refund. I called them and had it fixed. I was told I’d get my refund beefore my letter and I could discard the letter because it’s fixed. The letter wasn’t being sent out until March 1st at least. Your refund is frozen until the issue is fixed. You need to call them.
My DDD was 2/21. I got it today Wells Fargo.
I’ve been depressed for days. I’m weekly. Does anyone know when it will update again? I really need this money. Literally sleeping in my car and showering at my gym. This is my first time needing this money so bad and now I’m under some kind of review I guess. I didn’t get the letter yet. Code 971 said letter sent with a date in March. Why is irs doing this to mee. 🥲🥲 omgggg

971 3/7Not having much hope and pretty mad. I got these codes last year a week apart as well and didn’t get my refund until September.
I had to verify my identity today, does anyone know how long it usually takes to receive your refund after completing that step? This is the first time I have had to do it.
Sbtpg says funded since yesterday but I haven’t received anything, my ddd is 02-22-2022 anyone else say funded and received nothing yet? I’m with chime by the way.
I got the same info. I filed on 1/26/22. I just don’t understand why though, but from the looks of these comments, it seems we are either getting a deduction or reduction in our/my refund. I had to wait until almost May last year this is beyond ridiculous!!! I wish I knew what I could do to fix the mistake or error I made. I guess I will keep checking on here for any updates hoping we all get it by 3/7/22 if not before!?
Emerald Card banks through Metabank which never do deposits when the treasury is closed ie weekends. Or Federal holidays. So the earliest you’ll get a projected refund if they Metabank does deposit early, it can happen, however not likely, will. E on the 22nd.
This comes from experience of having an Emerald card and using g H&R Block for years. I used them this year again but used my own credit union.good Luck!
Mine changed.. I’m scheduled to get my deposit next week. I hope y’all get yours soon, I know we all have bills to day. My transcript were right also, it said I would get it next week and now I am.

I didnt even attempt to get the advance. I went straight to my normal deposit option. I didnt want to chance any changes holding it up lol. I have that fee as well. When i call the automated number it tells me i applied for a fast cash advance loan. So i called back and talked to them and they told me its a glitch.
@tara you can always try calling and seeing if you can get a nice rep that will push it on through. That’s what most of us have done. Sometimes it work, sometimes it doesn’t. Just keep calling.
@tara no. Showing the refund amount in green just means they’ve received it and those are the numbers you submitted. It will be through processing when you see the green amount turn to black in parentheses and you have a 0 balance.
Jackson Hewitt is the place to go. Tons of refunds already with same dddd 2/24. I am using Hr Block 2/24 ddd nothing. Same bank used both. Hewitt must release block holds. What is going on ???
Accepted 1/21 , path two weeks , then received processing. Finally ddd 2/24. Now just trying to figure out HR Block drama. Anyone with money that has HR
Unfortunately metabank doesn’t do weekends. They try to do it the day before or the following Monday if it’s not a Federal holiday. So it looks like Tuesday the 22nd for you. Sorry!
The next transcript update isn’t till Wednesday just look at the calendar then you’ll see a update
Well Tippy unfortunately I’m a dead last weekly who only updates on Fridays and Saturdays. But I didn’t meat the deadline to update today apparently. Hopefully I have me refund by then. I’m just so darn impatient!

I have a DDD of 2/22/22 still don’t have my money.. I was wondering if any one has to go through this… Irs released my funds to metabank (my tax preparers bank) to be sent to me.. what was the outcome
Monday, Tuesday at latest since Monday is a holiday and banks are closed.
My deposit been pending since yesterday 5pm eastern any guesses when we will have it

received email about 1 hour later saying return was accepted
been checking WMR to see if 1 bar was showing yet, but I’m getting this instead:“Refund Status Results
We cannot provide any information about your refund.
If you electronically filed a complete and accurate tax return you should receive your refund in about 21 days from the received date. If you mailed your return please allow 6 weeks.”Nervous because I’ve never had this any prior year

If you bank with Navy, according to them your money will not be available to use until the day after your deposit date.

Does the SBTPG site show funded? Just wondering if they are updating accurately. I have a DD of 2/24, zero updates on the TPG site

So my WMR updated today to show that they made a adjustment in my favor in a positive $3,600, and said I didn’t reconcile my stimulus payments for my children correct, so they did it for me and fix the error and that is why I was issued the 971 code. They provided the new refund amount but which would I put into SBTPG? They still recognize my information as the way I filed and they show expecting the wrong refund amount than what the WRM is telling me they adjusted it too. I think I’m probably just going to have to sit and just wait til the 24th and see how much it is?
