I have Chime..last year I got DDD of 3/1 but got it 2/24…still have Chime but no deposit yet and DDD of 2/24

I have DDD 02/24/22 i bank with PLS this year and it’s taking forever i bank with H&R Block last year and gotten my refund quickly PLS is to be 48 HR fast nothing yet

what has me worked up is that TPG claims on their site that they do not hold refunds/When they get them they send them . And that is obviously not true, reading through posts from the last month. Could be why a lot Of us are upset. When you know that TPG actually has your money (not just the pre notification letter) and they are not releasing it , it’s not ok. So all that added up together, yes , we do have a right to be upset with TPG

@Itsmymoney did u have fees taken out through SBTPG and if yes, does ur SBTPG account say funded or unfunded? I want to know if the SPTPG site is accurate cause TT has been paid for their fees and it’s no way SBTPG can send ur funds to ur bank on the actual date of 2/24 and ur bank release it that same day. SBTPG would have to send it out a few days sooner so the bank can clear the funds.

So the website for sbtpg is up and working again but the confusion I guess is that I see people saying we won’t get it until the 24th (not a issue) but what’s the point in holding it until that date if they already have it smh also I checked transcripts and it says $0 for account balance what does that mean ? There is no way they don’t know why! I think it’s the recovery rebate for me. On the irs account my info states a different amount then what my tax preparer entered on line 30 lol so that’s my theory. I’m bugging them all week

Filed and accepted on 1/31 with TurboTax. Last week WMR changed to “We apologize, but your return processing has been delayed beyond the normal timeframe.
You can continue to check back here for the most up to date information regarding your refund.” Message appeared before my 21 days. Transcript shows cycle code 20220705 with 03/07/2022 date. Tax code 570 only. No 971 code. Claimed Child Tax Credit.

Irs just told me the same thing. There is a processing error and they don’t know why. There isn’t any notes or anything. No notices being mailed as of yet. I may or may not get one but to give it til the end of March to see an update smh. I’m so upset

I filled on 2/4/22 with H&R no advance but fees to be taken out of refund. I was accepted same day an finally got the 2 bars on Saturday morning (2/19/22) saying approved with DDD of 2/24/22 and being deposited to my Emerald card provided by H&R. As of now 2/22/22 @ 11:38am still noting on my card, no pending or anything. But with the weekend an presidents day I’m sure that put us all behind. Hopefully will hit tonight ! I received my state refund(Ohio) 2/4/22. I am patiently waiting on my federal! I hope this helps someone! I know it’s stressful but try to be patient if you filed a legitimate and accurate return it’s coming!

I just called SBTPG and I have a ddd of 2/24. The lady stated that my fees are due to be processed on the 23rd and my refund will have an “effective date” of 2/24 which is my ddd. So we are not, I repeat are not getting our refund early.

I’ve seen a lot of glitches in the sbtpg website that’s holding slot of refunds so we probably won’t get it until tomorrow or Thursday when they release it. But there are also some people who haven’t got theirs and it’s pass their date. I really hope they hurry and send our refunds.

My payment has been completed with TT since last Friday. I have not updated with SBTG yet. It still says unfounded and the rep told me they received my money on Friday, however they do not process payments on the weekend or holidays. I’m think it’s processing today and tomorrow or Thursday will be the day to see it. I go through SBTG every year and this is the only year I had to wait until my due date.

Since SBTPG took my fees from my state refund, are they still going to hold my federal until my DDD (2/24) or is there a chance I’ll get it as soon as they receive it since theoretically they should just send it straight on? My SBTPG account says funded and shows all fees as having been paid by my state refund, which I received on 2/3. I guess at this point its not a huge difference either way, I’m just curious if there’s any chance I’ll get my refund today or tomorrow instead.

I been doing this many years and dealing with this bank etc…trust me when I say they aint gonna release funds early. It will be the day of. Those banks just don’t ever show funds as pending. So you will probably get it on the 24th. The irs will probably send it to chime on that day

I agree. Been using TT for 6 yrs now, but first time paying with refund so first time dealing with SBTPG. Granted, I understand that most banks will do similar actions to generate interest and ultimately, revenue but as a noob with SBTPG, there are too many horror stories and a lack of effective communication. Never again for me.

@joycelyn Usually they complete their updates 1 day before the refund hits your bank/card. Many times you will see some progress 2 days ahead. I’m thinking by this afternoon after 2:30 we might start 2 see movement on the site. Sadly, we wont see refunds til the 24th.

I have N/A for my return and record of account transcripts but my “as of” date on the account transcript is March 7th. At this point in the game, I’ve never NOT had return transcripts to view. I think I’m going to call the IRS line first thing tomorrow morning if there are no updates.

I have found that when it says N/A usually means since last update they haven’t opened and started working your information and numbers. One they do your transcript will start to show your income and tax information with codes just depends on what day your transcript updates as to when you will see it.
