Just here to share that I received my DD last week using TT. I received a date of 2/16, my fees weren’t taken out (or at least wasn’t shown) until the day before, I received my deposit using Chime the following day at 4:15a. Hope this helps!!

It can absolutely be taken from your state refund instead, I used freetaxusa and they took the fees through SBTPG in the form of whichever refund arrived first, which for me was my state refund.

Hey guys. I’m looking for anyone else who filed a paper return and has CTC. I mailed my USPS on 1/21 they got it 1/24 supposedly but with the way the post office has been I’m sure it just say there while it wasn’t delivered.

But WMR still doesn’t have mine scanned in so I am bit worried. And wondering if I should call? I know we have to wait a while but I just want to know they have it.

Same boat. First time using TT with fees taken out and it still shows Payment Pending on TT site. If SBTPG hasn’t even paid TT yet, I’m anticipating further delays on the DD, even with a 2/24 DDD. This has me on edge lol. Never ever ever doing this again.

That’s not true, the bank can clear funds immediately… I go thru SBTPG every year and every year I get my refund on the DDD.

That’s complete and utter 🐂💩. I’d call TT though I’m sure they’ll point the finger at SBTPG. Which I get since they have the money and are holding it for whatever unfounded reason. But my thing is the agreement was made with TT so they should be able to help. I’m so sorry this is happening to you!!

This is the first time I filed this late in the month, so I’m curious how long it will take since it is past the PATH deadline. I filed my mother-in-law’s taxes the same day and she already received a DDD for 2/24. So, I’m hoping to see something this weekend for myself. Have any of you been able to see your transcripts yet? @ineedmoney sbtpg still shows nothing I call the number it says my refund advance is pending irs acceptance… I didn’t get advance I’m going nuts worrying they are going to screw something up already charging me an extra 40 dollars that I have to fight to get back

So on my transcript I’m getting 501 and 976. When I filled on TurboTax I had made a mistake because my daughter was born last year and I wanted to claim stimulus but I put the wrong amount received. My miscalculation means I will get 200 more then what I put down and on my transcript it’s showing that I will be getting 200 more but I still have them codes. Any insight?

Here’s what I found out today. If you get your 570 code solved over the phone then it will take 7 days to get a WMR update and 571 release code on your transcripts unless there’s another issue. That’s what I was told today. Friday is my 7th day so I’ll keep you updated.

My irritation with SBTPG is growing every minute. I have had fees taken out for years and have filed my own taxes through TT for years and this is the 1st year I have had to wait like this! I guess if I had never received it early previous years I wouldn’t have been expecting it early this year! Lol! But I’d like to see some movement by now!

Also explain to them your transcripts haven’t yielded any information as to whether or not your return has been processed or not. Explain to them its been weeks and you’d like to know any updates.

I had a N/A transcripts up until the 18th that generated 570 and 971 codes. Come to find out the irs system that input my wife and I info forgot to add a kid. Which triggered and auto adjustment and thought I claimed too much money. Also come to fi d out my tax rep from H&R didn’t put in the previous years actc numbers right. I got that fixed last Friday over the Phone.

What is your actual DDD from IRS? Meaning, was the 846 code 2/16?

If your DDD was 2/16, I don’t think that’s normal for SBTPG to hold it for that long. But I’ve read SBTPG is on a whole other level this year. First time using them and never again. I have a DDD of 2/24 and now I’m seriously anticipating lengthy delays if you’re still waiting with a 2/16 DD.

I’m sure at worst it’ll be here tomorrow night. Maybe early the 24th but I’ve got several friends who have got theirs in the last hour. Had I not been greedy/stupid and got an advance I’d probably have mine. And by waiting another day or two isn’t all that bad. At least we have a direct deposit day some people still don’t have their refunds from last year. I think if I had to deal with the IRS for over a year my head would have exploded sometime in June

So I have spent all day today on the phone. The irs says they sent my refund to the bank on 2-16. My bank never got it. So I called sbtpg and they said it is still processing. They won’t give me a day it will be released, but turbo tax has already been paid by them. Is it normal for them to hold your money for 6 days after my ddd?

So here’s what I found out yesterday fix I did Friday takes about 7 days to update my transcripts and WMR. So my return should be unfrozen Friday and I should have a DDD. Better late than never.

Transcripts have said NA till today. Received this letter. I know I won’t be audited, I mean I have nothing to audit. Just normal job simple return. I did add a new dependant. Had a daughter, on top of the child tax rebate stuff I think that’s what flagged me. When I filed I felt like I messed up my child tax numbers a little because of having a new dependant on there turbo tax said I received more than I did. Hopefully, the review letter isn’t to bad. It says not to contact them for 60 days If I did in fact file my taxes. All I see is horror stories from this letter. Quick google searches and people from 2019 still waiting for refund., Any body have any exp with this?

I see ppl with no updates on wmr just one bar but see a ddd of 2/24 and they got their deposits Saturday and my brother got his today so speak for yourself and your financial institution it is really based on whoever is receiving your money from the irs because after all the interest they paid the past two years they r pumping out returns like water out a faucet it really is a waiting game
