Finally got an update after zero movement on wmr. I was beginning to think I had made a mistake somewhere.

Santander ddd of 2/13 came through today.
@Emily: You can email the request or call the number for ma tax dept (617) 887-6367. They have an option there for ma tax accounts. Hope that helps.
Morning! DDD of 2/13 given. I have Santander so I don’t expect it any sooner but at least it’s finally there.
Accepted 1/27 with amt still in green. No new update. No movement. Zero info from rep on phone. She said she cant see anything yet to call back in 2 days. Maybe she knows something we don’t know.
@Ashley: Same. Only I was accepted 1/27. Still green when I sign in. Still says received and processing when do the ssn and amount. Called and they said everything looks fine on their end and that I dont need to do anything else. ???
@cs82: I also called to ask about a letter I couldn’t view. Turns out it was just a confirmation letter of my signing up for the acct to mass tax connect. That’s it. Hard copy was in the mail when I got home.
@radshackgirl77: That’s what I’d been doing all along. There’s a message saying I filed on the 25th (accepted 27th) and that it’s processing. Been like that since getting accepted.

Good morning everyone. So after 4 days of trying, I was finally able to view the “correspondence letter” on MTC. It was just a letter saying thank you for signing up. So does that mean I don’t have a verification letter coming? Anyone else have a similar situation? Thanks for any feedback.
@Lynzee. Thanks. I figured as much. I had some lottery winnings to report this year so I expected a delay. I’ve never had any winnings to report before. Nothing crazy but enough for a delay I guess.
Mornin all. So if Ma tax connect email says they sent “new correspondence” does that mean they are requesting more info? And will the federal do the same?
@Samantha… how frustrating. It’s just all over the place this year. Hopefully something happens soon. Crazy how they make you wait for your own money like this.
Samantha, are you checking the refund hotline or irs2go app for your updates? The hotline hasn’t changed for me, still just saying they received it and allow 4 to 6 weeks, but the app updated a few hours ago and had a DDD.
Finally, got a DDD of Feb 22. Filed with taxact and accepted 1/28.
Thoroughly frustrated. Filed with taxact. Paid fees up front. Accepted 1/28. EIC. HOH. Still getting message that says they can not send anything out before today, Feb 15 due to PATH act. Never had a DDD. Hoping at some point today I’ll get a deposit. (Fingers crossed)
