@Mo: I filed the 28th accepted the 29th. Just early this AM I received a update DD 3/5 for direct deposit. Keep checking frequently I believe they update all day.
@emily, Tomorrow is the 2nd. probably going tomorrow and you should get it Saturday, or Monday
@emily. Go on USPS and sign up for Informed Delivery. You will get an email around 7 every morning showing you what you have coming for mail. Your refund probably already was mailed before you received the message,
@Lance. Mine just came thru at 7:16 this morning, so they must update all day. I called them Monday to find out what is going on, not sure if that helped get it to this point. Try calling be really pleasant to them they seem to be more responsive when you are. Insist that they check to make sure they are working on it, Good Luck, hoping everyone gets some positive soon.
Now it says Was issued by DD March 5th-Monday.
Just updated mine is now showing black 0. Does that mean I will soon be getting my refund. Filed 1/28 accepted 1/28. No DD date, Confused
My refund still show green.
Sounds like a penalty for filing early.
I was also told 2 more weeks because I filed early.
This is the first and last time I file early.
5 weeks waitingNothing this AM. Still waiting. I will call this AM and post what they said.
Seems all of us filed and accepted late January and nothing. I am wondering if they are stuck in outer space somewhere. Mine accepted 1/28. Nothing yet.
On my 5th week, still nothing. If I remember right, all my refunds hit my bank on a Saturday,
Good Luck everyone and post when you receive your refund. ThanksIt’s probably getting ready to actually refund you, I check to see if you have any correspondence, or wait until you actually get the money and then call them. But it sounds like at least they are working on yours.
My green amount is the same. Did yours go up or down?
Nothing here either.
They could at least update refund date, even if it will not be till March.
Then again to keep their relatives in a job they need to have people answering the phones and if we knew when we would not be calling. So over 4 hours later the State of MA replies:
Dear Taxpayer,
Thank you for your recent inquiry. Your return is here but has not completed processing. E-filed returns can take up to 6 weeks to be processed.
We appreciate your patience.

Very nasty lady on the phone this AM, I called and she was very rude and would not answer my questions, just kept saying wait 4-6 weeks. It’s been 4 weeks and people filing later received theirs’, sounded like she was reading off a paper, just kept repeating it. They take your money every week but don’t want to give it back.
No update here either. Has been 4 weeks.
@jay. My recording said the same thing. On line it says 6-8 weeks. Did you happened to talk to someone
Nothing here, accepted 1/28
Anyone receive anything but the green amount?@rosa: I buy the Turbo Tax at staples and do it myself. 49.00 federal filing free and state filing I believe was $29.00. Very easy to use, been doing it that way for years. They update you when it was accepted.
@Terri: Did you file with EIC on Federal, if you did the State is not releasing any refunds until you get your Federal. I just received my Federal this AM. State will probablky take another week or so to release my refund,
@Sandi770: I also have DCU, they do 1 day early, give it a few hours, hope you see yours soon.
@Sandi770: Workers CU
Received my dd this am in bank. had a ddd of 2/22. No State yet. Good Luck everyone.
@k I honestly think you will see it Thursday for sure. I also have 2/22 and my CU checked with ACH Dept. they have a list of Deposits for 2/22 from the IRS and they do release 1 day early. I will post tomorrow if I received it or not. She did say she was not sure they could release these 1 day early. Atleast they told me it’s there. Good Luck, I hope all the 2/22’s receive theirs tomorrow or Thursday. On my checking IRS. It says by the 22nd.
@k I have an account with Santander and you have to insist they check with the ACH Dept. to check or any depoisits being held. This has happened to me many times and when they do they tell me oh it just came in and within 30 minutes it shows.
Has anyone received their MA State Refund?
I was told by MA State they are not releasing any funds until the IRS starts releasing. This is another site with much information. https://igotmyrefund.com/archivedcomments/current-comments/
The messages on the IRS phone number has changes from no EIC payments until the middle of February to we have no information on your return and allow 6 weeks. The number is 800-392-6089. Follow the prompts. If anyone gets a date on there please report on here, Thanks
@amy: This is in regards to the transcript or IRS Refund: https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript It shows when you will get it processed and if it has been refunded. My MA return is still in the green. I don’t know what is going on there, filed and acknowledge received 1/28/18.
I just pulled my transcript it says processing date 2/19/2018 what does this mean? Does anyone know?
@rosa. Last year I had a DDD for a Friday and it showed up Saturday am. Depends on your bank or Credit Union as it processes at night. Workers Credit Union. You can call your bank and ask if you have a wire transfer coming and and if so when? They are pretty good about giving this info.
