@Suzie If your tax return was deposited in Liberty’s account and they cut you a check, Either the IRSwill try to deposit to that same account, but it would be kicked back because obviously the name wouldn’t match. Or, the IRS can tell that’s it’s a Liberty tax account.
In any case, Liberty is right that you will eventually get a paper check. It sounds like there will be millions of people in the same boat as you, waiting for a check.

It must be some type of glitch. My 85 year old Mother (retired and on SS), who doesn’t file tax returns, is getting the same message. Obviously, she’s eligible for a payment

            Glens Falls National…Mine posted today.

My poor Mother gets her SS on a Direct Express card, so she’ll probably be waiting for a few weeks for a paper check. I wish she could use my account for a direct deposit, but I know that it would be kicked back since the names wouldn’t match.

Why couldn’t they have just put it on the DE cards? It would have made it so much easier for so many people.

I thought Comerica Bank said that DE people are getting paper checks. Did that change?

Agree. No benefit rushing to file early. I filed 1/21, was accepted early on 1/22. My DDD is 2/26.

Then again, I did enjoy my time here. Perhaps that’s just the masochistic tendency in me.

                  2020705 Processing Date 3/2

                  846 Refund 2/26

My As Of date changed to Mar 9. Is that odd?

I filed 1/21/20 and was accepted 1/22/20. I was exactly where you are now. I didn’t get the PATH message until the middle of February, I was on “still being processed” for about 5 days, then it changed to “We have received your tax return and it is being processed.” Everything is fine now. No bad codes on my transcript, and I’m just waiting for my refund.

Calm down and try not to worry until there is actually something to worry about.

Snow sounds nice right about now. Got my hot tea and a Dean koontz book.

You can have some of the snow we’ve had this past week. I worked 10 hours yesterday, then had to shovel for an hour and a half before I could get into my driveway. I am sick of it, and I can’t wait for Spring!

Btw- Thank you for your service. :)
