@noodles102 so this year u had the 570 then 971 ? Did it just go away when u updated today? Or did u have to go thru the whole process like last year ?

So last year same thing happened to me ..code 570 then the following week 971 .. Had to get an advocate to help with wage and id verification.. Didnt get refund untill 3/22
So this year i filed on 3/2/20.. Didnt update till last night with the same damn code .570 additional account pending. 150, and 768 .. Cycle code changed to 20200805 as of date changed to 3/9 …i didnt get 971 notice issued but im guessing by next week .. Then i will gwt an advocate@scotty . walmart let u take out each 1000 for $3

Plus i m not understanding. ” you may or may not receive a letter in the mail” what does it mean ? 1st one stated everything is fine . then 2nd and 3rd rep says i m under review . are they reviewing this many returns ? Then when i call offset line i do have an offsets but irs dont see any balance ..
Filed on 1/21 accepted 1/22. On 02/09 Take action refund delayed .. spoke to three different reps from the IRS. First one stated 1541 it’s just a generic code, second rep stated they need additional time to review my taxes until allow 45 days from 2/25 . . I called the offset line press one and there was no debt. When I call the offset line today I chose option number 2 and I do have an offset. Hopefully I’m getting the take action notice reference number 1541 because of the offset. As of today where’s my refund site did not update

Yall i swear around 330am central .. My screen changed from take action to another screen i cant recall exactly it said , something about verify.. Then when i checked just now back to take action 1541
Well when i called irs on monday .. 1st person said its just a delay .. 2md person said its up for further review and now i have to wait for 45 days .
