      I just got mine on netspend. Ddd of 2/11 filed with turbo tax and went through sbbt.

        SBBT will only have your info if you had fees taken out. If you did try main ss number and filing status.
        As for Netspend.. I had that problem yesterday call 1 (877) 814-7664. If you are on hold longer than 10 minutes, hang up and call again.

          Do you see a trace number or just ACH. If it doesn’t have a trace number it hasn’t been sent to your bank yet.

            Well at least we have progress. I have a 2/11 ddd. Sbbt has my money. Waiting on it to get sent to netspend.
