@bella I wish I could check my transcripts, but I don’t have the auto loan, mort… ext.. to do the verify thing. Ive tried lol… I’ve been on path for a few weeks now, so I will just have to wait and see. It’s funny I already got my DDD for state and I still can’t stay off this site.
I got the path message with federal, dose that mean that it was already approved and they are just waiting till the 15th to release the funds
Some people that got that messaged that it couldn’t be found, ended up getting a DDD a within an hour. Some in the Fb group that happened to them
@Yummy Oh I know, and now I have to wait until the 13th to find out, So I’m still bugging out. lol. its not right and its not fair. I do what everyone else said. They day they send me something, ill send them a letter back saying I’m sorry this will require further review.. Just hate NYS lol
@yummy yes I did, I was accepted on the 24th it was processing and then went to further review for two days. then back to processing, Now I just called and the lady told me it is still being processed, I said well I have a DDD for the 13th, and they adjusted it so how much am I getting and she told me that’s all the information she has. WTH.. Glad I got approved but don’t F with my money LMAO
@bella I’m hoping that too, but with my luck I doubt it LOL… I guess the further review was really getting it reviewed lol
@bella thanks, you should be coming up with a DDD too. I’m calling now though to see how much I’m actually getting, my luck they took everything they owed me. Not sure why they do adjustments.
I was accepted on the 24th> Finally got a DDD of 2/13…. but they adjusted the amount! UGH…

Damn all this Fb Group is making me do is check 10 times more now.. LMAO… Glad I have nothing better to do at work, come on NY…

I called last week and they told me they have no information and that I had to wait 21 days then I can call back and find out.

@Shawn Thank you for answering that question about federal updates, no one else in the other groups could ever get a straight answer! That’s why even though NYS is a pain this group is more helpful than others!!
Glad someone answered that, because Ive had the same question now, and a lot of people are stating that it dose mean its been approved and they just have to hold it until the 15. UGH need the right answers for sure
So bars went missing and I have the path act message …. My question is I’m seeing some people that say their amount is still shown. Mine says tax period ending December 31,3018. Anyone else have this in place of their amount?
Yea I glance at it and that’s about it, I know I won’t receive my federal until after the 15th sometime… But state come on now lol

Well another morning with no good news, worried about the shut down that may happen as of midnight tonight. Accepted the 24th processing further review to processing again as of the 30th… I’m not sure when I got my state last year, but I know it was before my federal. Got to love NYS, as I sit and ponder why I still live here LOL
haha Id be so mad… just irritating when I’m like ok accepted on the 24th, and NOTHING… Here other people getting theirs on the 2nd and the 9th… ugh.. why not me. lol.. Even though HRB has to take out their outrageous fees first lol
lol, I’m surprised they are still letting me look I must look like every 15 minutes. figure they would say I reached my daily limit like federal dose. lol
Still at the same processing for me. I called this morning and their phone service was down, so I got thinking hmmm maybe they are just getting everyones date on there.. well not me.. lol.. no DDD yet.. Congrats to everyone else lol
Marie, I had the same exact thing happen to me, it went from processing to may need further review then back to processing in a day or two. This happened on the 30th I want to say when it went back to processing and its been like that since. I called the IRS and they told me that it is normal to see that message, and the same old it could take up to 21 days to receive a refund. A lot of people have been seeing that message.

Ive seen some posts just doing searches, and some said that if you filled you taxes and are expecting EIC, since you have to wait until after the 15th, that NYS is waiting until then too because of the credits you filled. Is this at all true, because I thought NYS had nothing to do with federal.

State accepted mine on the 24th it went from processing to may need review to processing again… and it’s still processing since the 29th… HRB told me I should have my state before my federal but not sure how true that is with the way things are going. I thought I would have had a DDD already. If you call them they wont give you any information either so that’s no use. Just the well it can take up to 21 days for you to even get it.
@Nynic I went to HRB… and mine was accepted on the 24th. Mine has been processing since.
I filed on January 5th mine was accepted on the 23 or 24th… I went from processing to may need further review to processing again. It’s been this way for two three days now. Just hoping to get a DDD already. Has anyone called to get more information. Thought mind would have been done since it switched so many times.
