2018 received DD for 1040 and Check for 1040x Stimulus payment I had to enter 18 return to verify and enter DD info on April 15th and as of Today April 26 A date will be provided when available on GMP. And a date will be provided when available on WMR.
I’m a IP filer IRS never sent IP pin or somehow got lost anyway I had to mail in my return mailed USPS with tracking Feb 26 they received Feb 28
WMR updated as accepted With tax topic 152 March 21st then updated still being processed on March 28 no letters, no codes@wilfredo I would’ve said we lost in the ocean different ships due to having different cases but naw my friend this sounds like we on the same boat. I haven’t received my 19’ and they are going off our 18’ return which is find for stimulus but we been waiting on a payment date since portal open so I am hoping one or the other soon

@Patti same here no date updated portal 15th 6am EST and still no date if anything changes please update as I might see that change on my status they didn’t include everyone
And it’s been that the last 7 years of me self preparing went to a preparer my first year they screwed me up and I been a IP since and filed my own returns since
I’m also processing on a weekly cycle IP indicators
IP filer didn’t receive IP pin they wouldn’t send another for what every reason and I had to mail in return lucky before shutdown. Mailed Feb 26th, Received February 28th, accepted updated to WMR March 21st pulled following Saturday update March 28 and boom here’s your lockdown and still processing since then
18 return we had the 1040 DD mailed in 1040x and they sent check but they went off 18’ 1040 not 18’ 1040x they fine print say if you was last mailed a check they didn’t have your DD so I assumed that’s way we needed to update our DD on GMP but since then same as refund message payment will be made when date available long as they owe us I guess we ain’t never going broke😂😂
I had no problems updating info on GMP my wife DD info automatically updated from my input and we both been checking and waiting on a date since portal opened on 15th. They was going off our 18 return 19 still processing a date will be provided when available also 2 nice payments worth the wait
@MarkW I honestly don’t understand what’s going on with the stimulus I anticipated a lil longer wait with my 19 return but when stimulus payment popped up in picture and they was saying how they going be getting them out I just knew I would get it before my refund
@jblaney83 at least some of y’all green light I definitely checked under me and my wife and still says when a date is available and WMR still be processing So I’m guess we not excepting this week either

Just checked both GMP and WMR still no dates on my end@thicks I’m an ip filer and I self prepare so I try to stay up on tax preparation all codes and dealings with IRS and finding updates changes etc update me please even tho I may have came cross it I may have missed it also

@jblaney83 the 846 code will generally show in your list of transactions section with a payment date beside it. I am not aware of what it should say as for the stimulus payment I’m guessing same code in same section
@jblaney83 Once your Account Transcript shows an 846 Refund Issued Code you will know the IRS has completed your tax return and you are getting your money on the date next to the 846 Refund Issued Code
@jblaney83 The processing date is when they are expected to process. This date could change if certain transactions post to your transaction codes that need more time.

@zannah I’m not going check no more I reach out congress and not going try IRS until they open. God knows I’m praying I get a DD one these days I check my account or see that check in the mail like you did no lie

@zannah I called Tax Advocate going on 3 weeks now with no return calls. I reached out to md local congress this week they emailed back telling me they reached out to IRS on my behalf to as that my issue be handle promptly so my refund or stimulus show up sooner or later

@zannah yeah must who receive stimulus has been 19 returns and even some 18 returns who actually had DD info. Ones who got checks had payment issues. My agi for 18 was less than 20k I should’ve waited for the check now stuck in the limb for a DD that has no date
I can bet the house not one person who they really didn’t have DD for has not in any way received a check or update doing what was told would be the fastest way to receive updates and payments #facts
I’m married jointly and never got any type payment because 19 processing and 18 what they going off we got a check after we amended the return. So if I didn’t put that DD info I’m almost sure I would had a check by now as well I went with what was supposed to be the fastest way to receive payment 🤷🏽♂️
@zannah I could believe you the question is what is the stimulus based off 18 or 19 return if 19 pretty sure you have your refund and must be one of those lucky one from the first batch who most likely use T.P had funds rejected or returned and now sent a check

Work Flex,Lime,Instacart and lil Uber man what my bread bringer is Lime cant work due to shutdown and my car been down since Feb not even worth renting one right now for other gigs so hopefully I get my refund or stimulus soon it would fix this situation easily
With majority currently anxiously waiting would’ve been receiving all this week and next they sending everybody to GMP with the lie of that’s the fastest way to receive help cause that’s what the stimulus was supposed to be not helping me if anything it’s causing more pain and suffering going without why the dead sit $1200 or however richer just unacceptable

If DD is going take over 2 weeks proven fact to be processed and checks where clearly getting sent back dated it’s clearly quicker to have just waiting for a check

Only one that works my cause my wife stays home with kids one of my jobs can’t work cause shut down which is my main and side gigs car been down since February
If you wasn’t in the first batch Which is who updated last Saturday with a check dates and DD date for last Wednesday or logged in on 15th and seen it was sent 15tb then you clearly didn’t update because they clearly ain’t sent ain’t any new wave of payments in any way form or fashion
Checks to the dead but the living needy is going without. It’s obviously something when the whole country reporting goto GMP for fastest way of receiving stimulus but not one sole reports for the ones who have and are waiting and continue without explanation I can’t believe this shit ain’t being reported and sadly won’t be
But IRS insist for those who wasn’t included in receiving a payment goto GMP which is the fastest and secure way of receiving one but as of today it’s been now over 4mm people who then signed up and I haven’t heard any real news anyone getting it at all 🤦🏽♂️
Only hope I would have is to hope some how they would’ve sent a check already and from my knowledge only happen for ones included in 1st wave who had problems or was then updated to a check date last Saturday from DD return/rejected
They said put your DD info clearly to buy them time for whatever reasons maybe using funds for businesses maybe ran out who knows but one thing clear that not processing any new payments
No stimulus no refund updates as most probably knew so apparently it’s not rocket science they haven’t started in new way of payments
@hannah GMP tool was supposed to be down for scheduled maintenance until bout 1am but GMP is apparently up haven’t seen anyone claim an update I stopped checking but generally I would after 5am ET
I check my account every morning tho like which one made it in today lol smh nothing yet we will see maybe this will be the Saturday

Tomorrow morning should bring updates for most of us who was able to put in DD info last week with DDs by the 29th on the stimulus side of it at less I’m hoping I see one on WMR too
@dallas they also going of my 18 return where my daughter wasn’t born Yet and my 19 return been still processing since March 28th. Apirl 15th I was able to enter my DD most likely because 18 return was amended so I got a check after the initial DD. Looks like we pretty much same ocean different boats

returns that require no additional actions process to the mass file on a Daily basis, unless you would meet one of the many disqualifiers some listed below on your tax account that would make you become a weekly account. ITIN Accounts, Freeze Codes,Identity Theft Indicators Bankruptcy, Tax Court, Innocent Spouse, Taxpayer Assistance Order, Installment Agreements, Currently Not Collectible,Criminal Investigation Activity, Collection Activity, or a Civil Penalty Account
Your cycle code is an 8 digit number found on your account transcripts. This date indicates the 4 digits of the current calendar year, two digit IRS cycle week, and two digit processing day of the week
@jblaney the irs processes accounts in two cycles Daily or Weekly. Daily Account are processed F(01), M(02), Tue(03), W(04) with direct deposit dates for Daily account usually updating on Wednesday mornings and Weekly Account are processed only on Thur(05) and Major updates with direct deposit dates for Weekly account usually take place on Saturday mornings.GMP seems to be processing on an weekly account basis so I’m almost sure updates comes tomorrow with DDs to follow
Tomorrow is the day thatS going to tell us who going be receiving payment for up coming Wednesday so we will see
I also noticed WMR looks to not be included in that maintenance outage I didn’t see anything so definitely going to go with everyone that updated 15th will update by Saturday Gods Willingness
@shona I seen the memo who’s in by Thursday rolls out following week guessing they literally meant if you update Thursday payment is sent following week not necessarily received following week. Makes sense long as the money out the door following week. My local Congress emailed today they have reached out to IRS to ask for my matter to be handled promptly and is awaiting an response so hopefully I get an update on both who knows Its been still processing since March 28th 🤷🏽♂️

If we do update Saturday that means they are processing payments on a weekly account Basis processing Thursday’s and updates to system Saturday but people saying they getting checks
I got a DD and a treasury check 18 return that’s why I had to update my DD it wasn’t back dated
I then got my Return without WMR updating before So you can only take a best guess@jblaney83 But Saturday’s it will be updates to WMR for sure I’m hope I’m included been stuck on still processing since March 28th Saturday update to WMR

This will be my first year of my last 7 years self preparing my taxes I will have had to go through my Congress I called tax advocate and been unsuccessful for 2 weeks I called My Congressman Late afternoon yesterday and today got back to me I filled everything out online with uploads of my hardship and they said they will contact IRS today and also still no update on stimulus either
