No update on my transcripts, as of date is 02/28/2022 and I have a balance of a credit (equaling my return). It has been there for 1 week now. Anyone know what that means?
That is true. Whenever there is any discrepancy they have to send you a notice and give you time to agree or disagree. I was told the exact same thing. I also looked it up it’s called a CP 12 I believe. My situation is the same and the dates are the same. Except they didn’t say it would be sent that day they just asked if I got it.
I think I had to ID verify. The very first time I called to the spanish line. A lady asked me my mothers maiden name, my fathers name, and something else I cant remember. Then her systems weren’t working. The other 2 times I called they never brought it up again. I have transcripts with codes 971 and 570 dated 03/29/21. IDK what is taking so long.
I was accepted the 11th. Transcripts showed up 03/12. I have codes 971 and 570 dated 03/29/2021. No movement WMR. My info for the stimulus was showing that I was eligible but no date and had the right account. This morning they are unable to find my information on the stimulus. Oh well I guess.

I called twice today, the first agent said I wasn’t accepted until the end February, but couldn’t tell me an exact date. The second agent said I had an error but did not know what error because the system would not say. I am wondering if its the same as your situation.I was accepted 02/11 so I thought… today I called and the rep said I wasn’t accepted until the end of last month. When I asked what exact day she said 22nd or 26th couldn’t say specifically… I am on hold again to see if I get the same answer.
