Yes! Received DD yesterday with 2/23 date
I received the same code!!!!! And I just checked my transcripts and there is no code for offset notice on my account. I have called the treasury number and it says their is no offset found but it can be updated daily… I hope this is just some mistaken notice.
Good Morning, has anyone received their refund that filed their form with their taxes yet? I keep seeing a lot of folks that got their DDD that are pathers, (which I am not), just would like some idea of how long I need to wait. WMR has processing and hasn’t moved since I filed 1/28/2023.

Wmr updated for me! Ddd 2-22 I have a traditional bank so it will be that day before it goes in. Congrats to everyone who got their ddd and don’t worry everyone else, it’s coming.

I filed on 1/30 and was accepted on 1/30. I am a weekly
I am getting CTC, EIC and ACTC this is the first year we have qualified for the EIC and ACTC.
My transcripts say N/A and WMR just updated to Still Processing. I am assuming the IRS will be sending me a letter in the mail but I wanted to see if anyone else has gone through this situation.

I bank with Wells Fargo & get my DD’s 2 days early. SBTPG still says unfunded. Patiently waiting to see if I get a surprise early deposit tomorrow morning seeing as Monday is President’s Day & I’ve been seeing alot of people say they got their deposits early. I think IRS & others are pushing out refunds early so their not overwhelmed after the upcoming holidayJessica & Brian h,
My SBTPG still says unfunded as well, I share the same DDD with you, 2/23. I bank with Wells Fargo & usually get my DD’s 2 days early. Hopefully we all see our refunds soon!Updated!

I filed the same day fees taken out with h&r block. I can’t access my transcripts either. Hoping wee get a did next week. I don’t even care if it is deposited early
The sad part after reading all the comments is we know that SBTPG has our funds for 2/23 ddd or no one else would have received their refunds with same ddd. Years of going thru SBTPG and tt and I’ve ALWAYS RECEIVED THE Friday before my ddd . Never on another day :/
@Chris You’re absolutely right. At least I have a date and I am not stressing about when I’ll see the magical 846 code. When everyone else has spent all their money, we will just be getting ours. :) HAHA.

I also receive my direct deposit 2 days earlier. It has been consistently posting on Wednesday’s at 3:01 pm PSD every pay week. I have never received a deposit on a Saturday. I filed with HR block and opted to have the fees taken from my refund. Path message still shows on WMR and cannot access transcripts. Filed and accepted 1/27.

Let me start by saying this, no bank is obligated to give you access to fund before the DDD. Most traditional banks don’t even do that. Non-traditional banks do but it’s actually a “loan” because they see a transfer coming to your account. Early direct deposit usually only works with recurring deposits like payroll and/or state and federal deposits because they are guaranteed to clear.

@Jessica and with that you have the peace of mind that you know it’s coming, and when to expect it. I’ve been doing these boards for years and it took a few tax seasons to realize how certain things work. Now I atleast know what I’m in for when I accept having fees taken out. I still come here every year hopeful, but have solice knowing ultimately how it will end up. No reason to get frustrated, it’s better than paper checks, and we’ll all have our money no later than the 23rd.
Thanks for the info @Tom…I have seen a few people with fees and advances getting their money. I wonder why that is? I am not going to keep checking. I’ll just say 2/23 and keep it in my mind there. No sense in stressing out about it. It’s coming, just have to be patient.

How does SBTPG say unfunded for everyone but all these other people are receiving their refunds? Is SBTPG like a traditional bank? They don’t release funds until the day of?

I was processed on 01/26 and still waiting. Last year I was processed on 2/4 and had the check in hand on 2/16. With Monday being a holiday I dunno what the state is thinking by holding them this long. About to call J G Wentworth… lol, might as well set up a annuity on it.And I should probably be grateful because if I got it today with my paycheck, it would be more likely that I blow way more than I should. Times are tough for me and my kiddos, so I need to save this little bit of money I’m getting.
Thank you guys for being so helpful. You’re right, its not TT, its the loan and not paying the fees up front. I should’ve read the fine print. I even told myself DONT DO IT. But I did it. HAHA.
