      Has anyone had an offset with Michigan before I owed $200 or so from last year. I am hoping it’s just that as we do have a student loan with the Guaranty agency but we have Just spoke with them last week and have arrangements. Non of the offset has an offset in either me or my wife’s number. The Michigan WMR shows just part or all of the refund Was offset with no numbers or anything yet. Anyone have thoughts?
