Mine update around 4:30am. I’m in Indiana.

FINALLY the wait for my Federal DDD is over!!!!! I updated this morning to a DDD of 2/22. Im using my regular bank account so ill have to wait till that day to get my funds. Im just glad I got the date!!! Hope you got some good news this morning!!I dont know if they update threw out the day or not. But, I did find their hours of operation on there website.

It don’t mean anything. I looked at mine 4 days After I filed and it said fees paid. I filed on January 30.
Last year I used Turbo Tax and didnt have to pay fees. It went straight to my bank. I had checked SBTPG.COM and there was nothing there. Thos year I used Turbo Tax again, but I had to have fees taken out. I checked SBTPG.COM and I have an account there.

Maybe calling custo.er service and doing the call back option helped cause nothing was happening until I did that…Lol i called at 12:15pm and they said it was a 30mim wait. They just now called (3hours later) while I was outside..Oh well.It just UPDATED again and now says……

While on hold it gave the option for them to call me back when my turn came up, so I did that. But, I never got the call back. Then i Mt Internet went out so I had to call and get that taken care of. I have no Internet till tomorrow afternoon but they are taking $25 off my bill since they can’t come out today.
So after all that I decided to check the Indiana site again. This morning I had the long message now I have this
Your return has been received but has not completed processing. Your 2017 tax year refund has not yet been issued.

I’m on hold with them right now to see what’s going on.I just looked at my refund deposit date for the last 3 years and just realized that they are all on a Wednesday. I also noticed that I filed at the end of January and I have always received it in March. So i will probably get my refund till the first week of March since I’ve already done the identity verification.
I used Turbo Tax last year and this year. Both years on mine is says “estimated” refund date. The estimated refund date was 21 days after I filed. This year I have PATH credits. I filed and accepted on Jan. 30 and it has a estimated refund date of Feb 20. It shows my Federal refund still only being accepted.

I don’t think so. I used Turbo Tax and I am in the same situation. My fees say paid as well. But from what I understand is my Federal refund will get sent to Santa Barbara Tax Products Group first so Turbo Tax can take out there fees. It will then be direct deposited into my bank. So Turbo can’t get their money till the funds are released. You can go to Santa Barbara Tax website and it will tell you if your refund has been deposited or what your expected refund is supposed to be. http://www.sbtpg.com
I get that email every time I log in and just look at my tax documents.
Hopefully I’ll update next week. I seem to always have issues with Indiana. 2 years ago it took till April to receive my refund of $1! LOL
Also I received a call today saying they were from the IRS and they were going to issue a federal warrant for my arrest if I didn’t call this number . I didn’t get to hear the whole message because my phones broke. I know it’s a scam. The number they wanted me to call started with a 2. So be careful out there. I reported the call to the IRS already.
No update yet. I’m just glad my Id verification was done early this year.
PLUS every year I get on these sites and learn something new! Last year I learned you could order transcripts. I had NEVER heard of those. This year I learned about SSA.GOV. You can create an account and look at your wage amounts for each year and learn how many credits you need for different benefits. I also learn how much my children and husband can get if I die. I guess it depends on who you went threw. I used Turbo Tax and they are taking my fees out of my Federal return.Nina
I honestly don’t know. Last year I waited a month or so after I filed before I called and found out.
This year my screen has had the same long message since my return was accepted.WD-
At least this year I received my ID verification letter! last year I end up calling to find out what was taking so long and they verified my I’d on the phone. I never received any mail from them. I had filed Jan 29 or around that and didn’t receive my refund till March 15..Lol
But, I can’t for the life of me remember how long it took to get a DDD after I verified my Id.Anyone have an idea on how many DDD Indiana has each week?
I know the IRS DD dates can be everyday of the week depending on if your daily or weekly.
I’m just not sure on how Indiana does things. (EXAMPLE: only give DDD for Thuresdays.)Hopefully I get a DDD soon since I verified my identity the second I got the letter last night!

I received a letter in the mail from Indiana asking me to verify my identify today.
The letter was dated Feb.5
I KNOW I should know all the questions, BUT it still made me extremely nervous!
I had to verify my ID last year to!!!Yes, the house did pass something to extend the budget for most departments untill the end of March. BUT, it still has to be passed by the Senate for the bill to take affect. If the Senate makes certain changes to the bill then it will have to go BACK in front of the House to get voted on again.
I had workplace insurance for the first 9 months and then Medicaid for the last 3 months. When I filed my return it asked if I had insurance for so many months of the year and then asked what type of insurance. To check all that applied. It then said I was done and they didn’t need any more information.
I didn’t have to list how many months I had each type of insurance either.Jamie A.
Thanks for the info!Does anyone know when Indiana updates their website? I know few do theirs overnight, some do it first thing in the morning, and other states do it in the evening. I can’t remember what time they updated last year.
Thanks Josh!! This year I wasn’t able to file until January 30 around 5pm and was accepted in the morning on February 1.
How long did it take for you guys to get your DDD dates from the time it was accepted? Last year it took me a month and a half to get my refund because I had to verify my ID.
I NEVER received a paper telling me I had to verify and my address has been the same for years. I just happened to call to find out what was taking so long and I verified it right then and got it to weeks later.
