My transcripts only show my 1st stimulus. I don’t show anything for the 2nd or 3rd stimulus. My taxes are also under review, I received my 60 day review letter in the mail 2 days ago. TT 152 still being processed. N/A on my transcripts.
I reached out to my congressman and someone finally got back to me and said I needed to send in some pay stubs for my husband. I did that and I am still waiting to get a refund date. Although, this did update my transcripts from April 27 to June 22. They are attempting to work on my case, but it’s a little annoying having to wait since 2-4-20.
So I finally got a call from a tax advocate today. I emailed my local congressmen about 2 weeks ago about my situation and got an email back this Monday 5/18/20 and today I got the call. They never received my husbands W2 from his employer, so I have to send pay stubs to verify and could have my money in 30 days or less. Try it out!
Does anyone know how to talk to a live person at the IRS? I have tried to call locally and left messages and I even emailed my congressman and none of these things that are working for other people are working for me. I filed 2/5/20 and was on a 60 day review and that is now over with as of 5/8/20. I just don’t know what to do anymore. I have checked my transcripts and the “as of” date is still on 4/27/20 and no updates on any of my codes.
My child support account shows that it’s been paid (he’s behind) and it’s pending for 4/20/20 and I believe it is from his stimulus payment.
I bank at Commerce Bank and our 2019 taxes are still processing, but we did get taxes back in 2018 and our bank shows nothing pending for tomorrow and we fit all the criteria. I don’t get it. I have had the same bank account for 17 years.
@ProudFAtherOF1 good luck to you!
@ Jeff nope, not here, but I heard next week they are “supposed” to start coming in.
@Mel82 I totally get it! I am married, however, my husband used to work 60 hour work weeks and now hes cut back to 36 hours and I work for our local hospital and we are low work loaded and forced to take PTO (if we have the hours, which I don’t due to a surgery I had) or take NO PAY. We have a mortgage, 2 car notes, CC payments and 2 children, one being in daycare, but now with no school for the rest of the year.. it’s all crazy! I sympathize with you! I need my money too, lol!
@KatieS I agree with you 100%! Mine since 2/5. This is the second year in a row for me, so I know how you are feeling.
@ProudFatherOF1 You’re probably right for this tax year, beings it has been pushed until July, there probably will be no interest. I am only speaking on my experience from last year. I don’t understand why this is happening to us 2 years in a row. This year will take forever. Probably get my stimulus first, but who knows..
@Mel82 Yes they can hold is past 4/15. Happened to my husband and I last year. We didn’t get them until July and they paid us interest.
@KatieS I think the as of date just means they need additional time to review. I am not positive. It happened to me as well.
@BethG same here. My as of date changed to 4-27 this morning, but nothing else. So over all of this. I believe my 60 days are up on May 6th. Last year I had to do an additional 45 days after the 60 and got them back in July as previously stated. I think I am going to give up on it and stop checking. Seems to be repeating itself.
My transcripts have an “as of date” of 3/23/20. I got my cp05 letter on 3/9/20. I have a 60 day review that states I don’t have to do anything, but I already know it’s because my husbands income hasn’t been reported with the SSA. This happened to us last year as well and we didn’t get our taxes until July. I am afraid it’s going to be the same year or worse due to the covid-19.
