It still takes the normal amount of time to process. They’ll intercept the monies due and refund you back any balance . The custodial parent is who has to wait weeks or even months to receive your intercepted payment.
You didn’t file him so technically the IRS doesn’t know you’re married as of yet so I dont see any harm in your husband submit a non filer it wouldn’t hurt to try because we’re in a crisis and everyone that’s entitled should receive the relief.
Yes, your fiance can still receive a check. I’m going to attach the link for you to input his information. Look under the non -filer section.
Yes if you filed in 2018 they should have your info. Did you check the new portal the IRS released to track your stimulus? https://www.irs.gov/coronavirus/get-my-payment
That’s the direct link hope this helps
My PayPal account just hit and Wells Fargo is the financial institution for my PayPal. I hope you all get the deposits soon as well, and when I say soon I’m talking about tonight and immediately ~ holla back
@Austin the IRS is closed there are no phone representatives to speak with, the automated lines are still available. This is horrible for ppl bc my sister lost her IP pin and there’s no way for her to retrieve it because the online site just keeps looping her in a circle so she can’t even apply for her stimulus. The first time she did it, they sent her an email saying she needed her IP pin so it was rejected.
Yes select the non-filer section

@jasmine that’s the day the offset will occur. After the 26th wmr will show the amount taken and if it was a balance disbursed. This has happened to me a few times once for 8k all my money completely gone! I think tax topic 203 is going to show up after the offset occurs. Try and contact a tax advocate,I never contacted one I wish I know what I know now, I highly recommend a tax advocate because they are going to take it on the 26th.
