Late to the party but I too am here awaiting the 17th for an update

Alexa play Whitney Houston I have nothing. I tried not to check before 2/23 but everyone I know has recieved there’s and we all had the same DDD.NateA have you checked SBTPG that’s who turbo tax uses to issue your refund they’ll tell you if uts been recieved, fees taken out etc
Changed over to showing my account information on sbtpg last night around 1am EST direct deposit hit at 9am SunTrust bank. So I’d say once your sbtpg start showing your bank account and routing number your deposit will hit that same day.

@pikachu I was one of the last people ppl to see the red and green circle too. I definitely feel I’m going to be one of the last ones of this batch to receive my refund.
Sbtpg still not showing any account information just the same ACH DEPOSITED message. Still nothing in my account
@meetoo are you asking what sbtpg is? If so it’s for people who filed using turbo tax that is who they use to actually send out your refund🙏🙏🙏
I just called my bank SunTrust which is now merged with BB&T and they said they’ve recieved a bunch of calls for people who are in the same boat. She said that my refund isn’t their and it’s not even in a back batch. So she said it’s still a chance that SBTPG just hasn’t released all of the batches as clearly alot of us had a 2/26 DD. She said this has been the case with slot of the callers today. So theres still a chance we could all see our refund today.
No account number on my desktop or cell in my sbtpg account. Just says ACH direct deposit on both and the date changed from being sent yesterday to being sent today. Still nothing in my bank account
Last time checking until after 9am est still nothing SunTrust

SBTPG says sent to bank 2/25Just updated on sbtpg to pay date of 2/25 as well I don’t see it in my account at all though I bank with SunTrust they’ll post it……….EVENTUALLY lol

Red circle is for fees you owe and green is what’s been paid out in advance. But the red circle also means that the irs has let them know your money is coming soon. That’s why you see what fees are taken out under the red circle. Hope that helps

Mfs!!! I had to hold for FOREVER but I did speak to someone I’m calling again now just to make sure that way still works for me. Whatever you do WHILE ON HOLD WHEN THAT AUTOMATED VOICE COMES ON ASKING DO YOU WANT TO TRANSFER DON’T PRESS ANYTHING OR IT WILL TTANSFER YOU TO THE AUTOMATED SYSTEM AND HANG UO ON YOU.
For the people calling the number for sbtpg call and being hung up on as I was everytime. Call the number but this time press 1 for english and 4 for i believe it was tax preparer calling for a individual. Then legit type in some numbers and confirm it. It will say it cant find you and then press 2 for you did file a tax return for 2019…..YOU WILL THEN BE ON HOLD.
I’m not saying the other way doesnt work but it didnt work for me I got hung up on everytime after the recording.
@Kristy when I did those steps after the recording it ends my call. But this time I hit 4 instead of 2 and it asked me to enter my eic and I just random numbers it said it couldn’t locate me then asked did I file a tax return for 2019 I said yes now I’m being transferred to a live rep. I’m on hold now.
I’m trying to figure out how ppl are speaking to a live person at sbtpg. Someone gave some instructions that def didnt work for me.

Yes I doI keep seeing people speak of a pie chart on their sbtpg account. I don’t see that on mine it just says refund not recieved and gives me the link to WMR and the EITC message.

In 2019 I was 20191105 refund 3/20(I had an error this year)
Now this year I’m 20200605 with a processing date of 2/24
I’m hoping for a DDD of Friday the 21st but I’m nervous it will be next week instead. I have 4 year old twins with autism and cerebral palsy and a 12 year old whose autistic this is the quiet time in my house and I am glued to this thread lol its keeping me going.I know friday 2/15 night well technically Saturday 2/16 morning I took a screenshot when my path message went away I checked it at 2:17am EST i saw alot of people posting theirs updated so I checked mine and the path message wa as gone for me too so I’m hopeing if theirs and update for us tonight it will be within the next hour. Fingers crossed

I filed got accepted on the 27th. I dont think I ever had bars showing on the WMR or I started looking after they already disappeared. I only see/saw the Path message. I saw people talking about transcripts so I looked at mine online last night and they say a cycle date of 20200605 and a processing date of 2/24 I have no clue what that means. Anyone 👀👀 thanks in advance.
