So today I was finally able to order my account transcript but return this is the message I’m getting :

A transcript is not available for the year you have requested. For information about requesting an actual copy of your return use IRS Form 4506. Other transcripts and Form 4506 are available if you contact us at 1-800-908-9946, our automated telephone self service. You can see information about requesting a copy of your return as well.

Does that mean they are finalizing my return ? Anyone else with this ? I’m in dead cycle 201601 .

The difference is one is just a summary of your tax payer file. And the return transcript is basically an itemized quick version of your return, meaning it’s been recorded and to show the codes of what happened during your processing. If you can Oder a copy of your actual return transcript then, you can assume money is around the corner. Simply because that transcript is a record of your returned being processed. ( whatever the outcome)

Gm y’all! There is light at the end of the tunne!. I’m finally able to order my transcript. WMR is still showing 1bar I assume it hasn’t updated. Hopefully we all will get our much needed money soon!

Being able to order an account transcript is good news. An account transcript will show “all the edits” the IRS made to the return. A return transcript doesn’t show anything they did. Account transcript also shows payments. I’m thinking an update tonight :)

Tax Account Transcript – shows basic data including return type, marital status, adjusted gross income, taxable income, credits and payments. It also shows adjustments made by you or the IRS after you filed the return. Note: If you made estimated tax payments and/or applied your overpayment from a prior year tax return to your current year tax return, you can use this transcript to confirm these payments or credits a few weeks after the beginning of the calendar year prior to filing your current year return.

No bar changed but I can order my account transcript but not my return transcript but it says on the site if your want your return one for this year fill out form 4060 or something like that before you even request them. No ddd. No money in my accout. I filed around 1/12 via hr block accepted 1/19 around 2 in the afternoon. No ddd. Hoping soon!

We were accepted the 12th. No update on WMR or TT. SBTPG no longer says expected deposit date of the 2nd. SBTPG shows no deposit made. I can order my account transcript as of this morning but not return. Im not sure what that means. My banck on line does not show any pending deposits. Fingers crossed it comes soon.

I order transcripts for personal record. Every single year the moment I am able to order them I have an update soon. I haven’t been able to order ANY at all this year until now. I was able to order an account transcript.

Don’t fret 1/19ers. It’s always been that if you can order transcripts then your in the next cycle. I have received my second bar on early Saturday or Sunday before and got the money on Wednesday. We will have our DDD soon

UPDATE: I’m in Indiana, current time 6:18 a.m. just checked transcripts… was able to order account transcript but not return transcript, so I’ve seen others talk about they received a DDD after they were able to order transcript. So let’s keep our fingers crossed!

For what it’s worth the past couple of years our return was deposited and wmr never updated past excepted. Our state was deposited last week. For all those using turbo tax the status has never updated showing state refund and last year it was the same way for both federal and state

I received 2nd bar early Wednesday morning, that was the first time anyone made it to 2nd bar if I remember correctly. I called my bank yesterday to see if I had anything pending to get deposited today because they usually hold for a business day or two but they said they had nothing. Then I checked like I said around 3AM earlier this morning and it was available in my bank account. I’m anxious to see if anyone with one bar wakes up with a deposit. I certainly hope so

Don’t do that Jared….. you can’t tell people how to act when it comes to their money. And I think why people may be acting this way, is because the turn around last year was much quicker. This time last year most people were on the second bar….. It only took 8 days for most to get their refund last year from their filing day. So chill.

@Luis I just typed in h&r block where’s my refund status and it brought it up. It’s on their main sight I would presume. I’m hoping to see movement by today through Wednesday. If not I don’t know. One year took 3 months for me. But it was something THEY had made a mistake on. And not me. But oh sell. Patience. Need a vehicle. Have been without for a month. When you need it the most they willl hold you up. It’s bad your 4 year old tells you that you need to get another. But you cant cause the government sucks

@minnie Well I checked again and no update so I decided not to check again until next friday 2/5. I really don’t like being disappointed every morning its kind of depressing so I decided to just leave it alone I wish they had like some kind of text or email alert for when wmr updates your status that would be helpful, but i guess thats too much like right..smh
