Leahia, your situation is almost identical to mine. I filed on 1/9 & accepted on 1/12. I got the letter 12c in the mail on 1/29 and faxed papers in the same day. I still can’t view my transcripts (n/a on everything) and WMR says processing with no bars at all. I have been calling for weeks now and every time I get told it was processed and to wait. Finally yesterday I was told that the papers I sent in were processed on 2/25 and that I would have my money within 4 weeks of that date. That’s NEXT WEEK. I don’t see how I can have my money that fast when I can’t pull up any transcripts and even the IRS guy said it still says processing. I don’t know what’s going on but they need to do something fast. This is just too long to have to wait.

Glad to see some of you are seeing some movement. I’m still stuck with nothing. Faxed papers in on 1/29 and WMR is still stuck at processing and n/a on transcripts. I’ve called 3 times already and all they keep telling me is it’s processing and I have to wait up to 8 weeks since I faxed the papers before anything changes.

I don’t know what’s going on with my refund now. I filed on 1/9 was accepted 1/12. Got letter 12c on 1/29 and faxed all papers in the same day. I have no bars on WMR and n/a on all transcripts. I called today and first was told it hasn’t been 21 days since I was accepted. Had to flip out on this poor woman to make her understand that it’s been well past 21 days. Then she checks my stuff and can’t find anything in my account. She checked every error code she has and it all says processing. She can’t even find that they sent me a letter or if any faxes were received. EVERYTHING says processing. This is complete BS, all this because of healthcare?? I’m completely fed up. She told me to wait a few days and see if anything changes… ya I’ll hold my breath on that!

I got the same letter on 1/29. Faxed in my 1095-a and i’m still waiting for things to progress. I haven’t gotten an answer from anyone as to how long it will take but I was hoping it wouldn’t take weeks. Anyone else dealing with this?
