@Deuce, my WMR also changed to that still processing message today after over 2 weeks of the same generic 21 day message. My daughter got the same message last week and got her DDD a couple of days later. I know of a couple of other people this happened to…So I’m thinking maybe its a good sign.

Well as of today, I was finally able to order my transcripts. Don’t know what it means but maybe I’m getting closer to a DDD.

I received the letter 4464c but on the WMR and the IRS hotline, its still saying that my return is processing and I should receive it within 21 days. It has never changed from that since I filed and was accepted on the 30th. So I don’t know what’s going on.

My question is..If we are truly under review, shouldn’t it be updating that information on WMR or the IRS hotline? Frankly, I have never seen this many taxpayers under review EVER. This has to be a glitch of some sort.

Same here. I filed and was accepted 01/30/13. My update on WMR and the hotline has been the constant 21 days processing and hasn’t changed. This past Saturday, I received the 4464c letter with a 0 code on it. You would think if you are actually under review they would put that on the WMR site or on the IRS hotline. I don’t know though. It is my understanding that most people who got the letter was a computer glitch. I sure hope that’s the case.

Okay, I filed on 1/30 and was accepted on the same day. On both WMR and the IRS hotline I have been getting the same generic 21 day message. Saturday, I got the dreaded 4464c letter in the mail. It has a 0 code on it. However, when I check WMR and the hotline, I’m still getting the same 21 day processing message. Is there a chance that this letter was just a glitch?
