I’m gonna cry myself to sleep. Seeing all these people get theirs is disheartening. I don’t trust H&R Block anymore and now I’m starting to get paranoid that they’re not gonna give me my money at all.
And do you really believe that Bofl Federal Bank won’t lie on their website? It’s a freaking bank, they are in the business to make money, not satisfy customers.
Most of you are completely missing the point. The fact we all get it on the DD date means that H&R Block held the funds. Do you really think the IRS waits until the DDD to send the money? It says specifically BY the 22nd, not on the 22nd. And to think that the IRS purposely waits ONLY for H&R Block customers is even dumber. Netspend and other prepaid cards are not loaning people money, they are releasing the funds immediately, banks don’t do that because they receive millions in interest by holding on to it.
It’s the Account Transcript? I could have sworn that everyone kept saying Return Transcript.
So what is the date everyone goes by? Because that was the only date on there, but all of the information was correct.
I can’t check it online because I don’t have a mortgage or credit cards.

Your information is wrong, the IRS is processing all returns they just can’t issue refunds until the 15th. And you will be delayed for claiming EITC OR ACTC. You only have to claim one to be delayed, not both of them.
Are you sure you claimed ACTC and not CTC?
February 1, 2018 at 11:47 am in reply to: Some refunds not delayed? Prolly not liars just a dif situation, heres why #4202876Copied directly from Where’s My Refund on IRS.gov
“According to the Protecting Americans from Tax Hikes (PATH) Act, the IRS cannot issue refunds before mid-February for tax returns that claim the Earned Income Tax Credit or the Additional Child Tax Credit. This applies to the entire refund, even the portion not associated with these credits.”
The last line says you are wrong on the EIC part. If you claim it at all you are delayed.
No one with EIC or ACTC is getting a refund before the 15th no matter what certain people on here say. Stop getting people’s hopes up.
Has anyone that was accepted by Kansas a week ago gotten their refund or any information change on the KDOR website? The site said accepted on the 19th but then changed to no information on the 20th and hasn’t changed since.
Mine was accepted on the 18th, no approval yet. I have EITC and ACTC so probably won’t see an approval until mid-February.
