Nothing and DDD was 26th. STBG says sent yesterday. Chime says today, they don’t have a deposit for me yet. I decided to use Chime this year since the bank I usually use for refunds takes a day or two to deposit. Chime is making me wait anyways. I would have my deposit by now. I won’t be doing this next year and I’m considering changing my paycheck bank.

Around Christmas, the Federal Reserve Bank went down for ACH so it happens a lot. There are millions of us on apps, websites, and automated calling systems. The joys of technology. Used to wait at the window for the mail person…now we all wait online for our check deposits.

Deposits still need to clear the Federal Reserve Bank before Chime sees them. It’s probably moving slowing since thousands, if not millions are expecting deposits today.

Last year, Turbo Tax made the deposit in my account. Not the IRS. So we are waiting on Tax services, yet. Chances are slim Chime has our money yet.

Don’t we need to wait until the tax services we used send the deposits? I used Turbo Tax and agreed to pay the fee out of the refund. Don’t they need to pull their fee and send it out? I remember something like that last year. It’s been a year so I don’t remember details.

They might do deposits around noon EST like they do normal direct deposits. I trust that Chime won’t let us down. I’ve been paid my paycheck on time with Chime for 8 months straight, so I trust them with my tax refunds. They released my Georgia refund the same hour that they requested a photo of my ID and 1040 for proof of who I was.

DDD 2/26. I’m in Georgia, nothing. I had to prove identity to get the Georgia refund deposit so they must be checking everyone’s deposits one by one.
