      Does anyone have experience with Oregon disbursing the remainder of a Federal refund after they hold it for offset?

      Transcripts showed deposit date last week and we should be set to get it this week, but now oregon is saying 6-8 weeks before they even get it, and then more time before they send us a paper check.
