Hi guys, I have watched this forum for a while so I could see a light at the end of the tunnel hopefully. I got an update today so hopefully this will give others hope as well.

I filed 2/1 with TT and was accepted in the same day. I chose direct deposit as well. I’m not sure when my bars disappeared as I never really checked. Only when friends were saying that all theirs were coming on 2/22. So I checked that day and I had nothing. Everyone I knew got their refunds and I didn’t. Even those who had claimed EITC and ACTC, which I had both so I was like what the heck. So then on 2/28 I received a 60 day review letter dated 2 days prior. I called at 30 days to see if there was anything I needed to do and was advised to just wait. My sixty days was up 4/26 and I thought about calling but have still been reading forums and chose not to because everyone was saying what they would tell me so I didn’t. I would not qualify for a TA as I have no hardship. I have been checking my transcripts everyday expecting to see nothing. Today at around noon I checked and I had an update.
Underneath my 570 code there was a 290 additional tax assessed code with a 0.00 amount and an 846 code underneath that with my full refund amount and a date of 5/09/2018. So I’m assuming that is the day I will get it or that is the day it will be released to my bank account. It has been a long road just waiting for answers but I have found more from reading my transcripts than from the phone call I made or the wmr website, which still hasn’t updated even though my transcripts have. I hope this gives hope to others that are waiting. I truly believe that they will come before they have to start paying interest. These forums helped me know my options and know what to expect and to also do some research of my own.
