I received that email a week ago and like a hour later my federal refund was deposited into my account and Im a Pather
Got mine deposited at 8 this morning on my serve card and had a date for the 30th… just as I was getting ready to get sell some of my things for a lil cash… hope God blesses you all asap
And to think we may have to go through this stress again in a couple months
Make sure y’all are using the permanent card with name if not order one people’s and cover all ground, a Jackson Hewitt rep that if you had a temporary card you wouldn’t be able to access funds even if deposited until the official card is activated…so make sure y’all get the official card with your name on it…this was like 2 weeks ago before jh packed their bags, so cover your ground people…not that I believe anything they say
Hope I get a check and did for my wait the irs so sloppy they wouldn’t even know… Unless we snitch on ourselves

Make sure you are entering your correct AGI, I nothing my tax packet had two separate 1040s with two different agis, I was locked out yesterday but was able to set up the serve cards dd info, to assure everything matched and wasn’t locked out..
Was locked out the IRS portal but noticed my tax packet from Jackson Hewitt had two 1040s with two different AGis, so I’ll give it a shot again once at 7 and if it doesnt work the firs time Ill go to the Jackon hewitt office,,,,

Um i think republic bank maybe closed today tried calling a couple of times this morning
Jackson Hewitt claims they don’t know if refunds will go to the serve card, and they can’t get in contact with the irs..but to check the irs website with instructions once it updates…They have nothing to do with the emails sent from serve…l
