        Filed 1/23. Accepted 1/25. Still have the processing mssg on wmr. Have 570 and 971 on transcripts. 2019 SSA not showing up yet. Calling tax advocate, IRS, employer, and SSA tmrw. F this waiting around. As of date 3/9.

            Going to the beach today, screw staying stressed all day over this. I’ll be back. Also, HowItFeels2Chew5Gum is my husband and he is just post for entertainment, he’s really not a baby like he sounds. Lol.

                  If I get my refund before March 10th, I’ll be one happy lady. I’ve heard horror stories. Lol. But I just don’t see point in prolonging the release of funds if they know they gotta give it up at some point. Why not just get it over with? Then again, is it easier to pay rent once a month or give it all at once out of pocket? I dunno. Confused here.

                    I think the 570 code is for mostly to review and verify that claimed credits and wages all add up but I’m not an expert.

                      MisBowling, I don’t know how many of us there are on here going through this, but I feel like the IRS wouldn’t update so many of us straight to review if it was anything major. Seems like it’s more of a setback than a full blown “bout to get audited” situation. At least that’s my theory.

                        I’m def getting a tax adv if I don’t see a ddd by March 2nd. That’s my ad of date for code 570. It’s 3/9 for 971. But I’m not waiting that long.

                          I’m betting on the theory that they are just putting codes in there to buy more time but it’s just the path act extending his long arm even further. Hopefully nothing more. If we all filed complete and correct returns, we should be okay I think.
