No update for state..got 2/27 ddd for federal today, prolly going to get federal before state again
Nothing for me yet either, wrote them and they were just like it can take up to 6 weeks…ridiculous
Ya I can’t belive I haven’t updated. Might send them another message today, it’s gonna be 4 weeks in 6 days! This is just ridiculous
Mine says same thing but received jan 30th
I’m starting to get pist now…still no update for either refund…my state sent me this message on the 12th:

Yes my fed says being processed with no bars, don’t have a ddd yet tho and no update with state either

My fed was like that wed but I updated today to refund is being processed. I don’t think it means anything, think we’ll see out fed refund beginning of week..the state I don’t know what’s going on with that

The state doesn’t hold for that though. A lot have already got there’s, we should at least have an update
Ya I don’t know how to do the transcript thing so not sure if I have a ddd for federal but have a good feeling, I have fees getting taken out of my federal so won’t see it until Tuesday at least anyways. That’s why I was hoping to get state to hold me over but guess not
Ya no update for me either..my federal lost its bars Thur morning and said still processing and refund amount was gone, this morning at least my refund amount is there and says your refund is processing, at this rate prolly get the federal first again like last year
I messaged them, “ Does Mass Tax connect update over the weekends? Like with returns and direct deposit dates?“
And their reply was:

It does update, but your best bet is to reference the “Where’s My Refund” link on the MassTaxConnect home page to track your refund. Typically it can take 4-6 weeks for a refund to be issued on an E-filed return.

Idk if they actually do update but they said they do…for our sake I hope they do and don’t have to wait until Tuesday to get a ddd and then couple more days to get the deposit
Anyone waiting for a ddd update today? Sucks cause now won’t update until Tuesday…this is really ridiculous
No update for me once again..this is ridiculous
A lot of us that filed 1/28 are still waiting, wierd…I haven’t updated yet, it is larger and they did adjust it and increased it but come on, obviously if they adjusted it they looked at it, don’t know why they are still holding onto it

And, They said it takes the 1-2 days to update after you are verified . Then 3-5 days after to deposit refund., that’s what someone posted earlier@Jen

It can say something on masstaxconnect or when you do WMR I think it would say itMaybe, someone told me they were told that because their amount was adjusted it’s going to take a little longer to process…my amount was also adjusted but they increased it…If I had a date I’d feel a lot better, sooner the better lol…I think I’ll have federal in like a week so would be nice to have this to hold me over

If you log on to masstaxconnect it says send message, and below where you type it says add attachments
Yes they do, I get a check once a month in mail and they scan it

I just looked at my informed delivery and I have mail coming, you might not have mail today but doesn’t mean they only send flyers on Wednesday’s

You will either receive your refund or a letter if more information is needed in the next week to ten days.” My amount is still in green and no update, going to check at 8 but don’t think it’s going to change, I just want an update. It used to be so fast. I filed 1/28 and accepted 2/1 and hasn’t changed since 2/1
If you have fees taken out you’ll only get it like a day or so before your ddd if you have Netspend…last year I had fees taken out and my ddd was the 22nd I believe and I got it on the 20th

People with Netspend and similar cards will start seeing deposits the 16th and then they’ll just start spitting them out..a lot of people got it on the 16th last year
I sent them a message on masstaxconnect asking what was going on with processing, that people that filed after me have got their refund and they sent me this

Ugh nope still nothing, amount still in green…
You can make an account and log in on the masstaxconnect and it shows your refund in green and when it updates to a black $0 that means it’s getting refunded and there’s a tab that says refund and it’ll show when it’s issued
I seen someone on the other page say that they called and said their kid lost the letter and they asked her a bunch of questions and released it…but I would just be worried about lying and having something go wrong and it take longer
Ya my refund is larger and they increased it a little over $300 too so that might be the hold up, last year didn’t get it until March 1st, was hoping would get it earlier but doesn’t look like it…hopefully my federal will update tomorrow so I have something to look forward to

It’s comfisimg cause one post you put that we misunderstood and that they said they mailed a check out on the 8th and now your saying you aren’t getting a check…if it tells you you are still processing and nothing else then you are still processing

So you aren’t getting a check then? If your getting a check it would say it on wmr or on masstaxconnect…if it says still processing then that’s what it means, it’s still processing

Oh ya you said yours said still processing so didn’t think you had an update. I know a lot of people are getting checks instead, I haven’t ever got a check but from the looks of things it take 5-7 days

I believe they only update overnight and don’t think they have a certain day for deposits

I know I won’t see federal till after 15th I just wasn’t sure if I wasn’t updating because i haven’t updated to the path message for my federal, I know you don’t get path message for state and they don’t hold the state…but you said you have the path message and haven’t updated so idk, hopefully I’ll update tomorrow

The eic doesn’t effect state refunds, some people have already got their ddd’s or refunds…I’m still waiting for mine to update, I filed 1/28 and was accepted 2/1
