      I just spoke to an agent also and she confirmed that they are mailing mine on 2/10 (as I had a small offset that I was unaware of lol). So FINALLY I know something!!! YAY!!

        Thank you for that update!!! I hope mine will update soon. I have not received any kind of letter from them YET! I filed my state on 1/20 and it was accepted on 1/26 and it just says that it is processing and to check back later. I checked the other website that was posted in here and it says my return was processed and completed on 2/3/17 but it does not say that the refund has been sent yet :(

          Found this on Virginia state returns this year:

          “Timely and accurate processing of every return is a priority for the department. As refund fraud schemes grow more elaborate, we may need to take extra time to review returns. This means it will take longer to issue refunds to some taxpayers than it has in the past,” said Tax Commissioner Craig Burns. “To prevent refund fraud, we’re enlisting the help of tax professionals, employers, payroll providers, and taxpayers.”

          I am thinking this means it will be delayed until after the federal is approved.
