Ok so filed 1/19 with TaxSlayer. Already received my federal DD 2/5. Anyways, MassTaxConnect says my return was received 1/31 and is being processed. I’m also seeing my refund amount in green font and in parentheses. Hopefully I’ll see that DD soon, will keep y’all posted
DDD of 2/5. Woke up today with DD already in my account. It came 2 days early👍👍

Just called the Mass DOR automated telephone system. Entered all my info and found out they haven’t received my return yet. They said if I e-filed, then check back in 4-6 weeks. And if I filed via paper return, to wait 8-10 weeks before checking back. Smh seems like MA takes their sweet @$$ time giving out refunds. Best of luck to everyone👍
@nassassan and @jbrodeur76 were your returns accepted by MA or just sent over? I used TaxSlayer this year. They said they sent my state return but it hasn’t been accepted yet (not showing any records on MassTaxConnect)
I filed the 18th, accepted the 19th, but still on one bar as of today 1/28. Filed with TaxSlayer. So idk about any patterns. I think its just random lol. Although a lot of other people are saying they only have 1 bar but can see a DDD on their transcript online. Unfortunate for me, I can online get mine by mail and it goes to an old address I don’t live at anymore :/
Does anyone know when Massachusetts will start accepting returns this year? (2017 tax year)
If that really happened to you last year, then this is making me a little too excitedly hopeful. I was also accepted on the 19th this year and I am a daily. Also no PATH act for me, filed single 1040EZ so it can’t be much simpler. Good luck!
There are early acceptances. Are early deposits a thing as well?
Hey guys, I e-filed last night via TaxSlayer around 8PM (1/18/2018) and the IRS accepted my return today 1/19/2018. WMR on the IRS website is currently showing 1 bar! I filed Single and don’t qualify for either EIC or ACT so technically I should see my return within 21 days. I will keep y’all posted. Good luck to the rest of you!

Hey guys, I filed my GF’s taxes on Tuesday 2/16, it was accepted same day, and she just got approved this AM, DDD of 2/24! We’re pumped! I filed mine 2/4 and received my money 2/10. We’ve been very lucky this year! Be patient and don’t call the IRS asking where your return is! I swear it seems like the people who bug them always end up waiting longer for their returns lol. Oh and once i was able to order our return transcripts, we both received our DDDs the following day. Hope that helps!
