Nice to see refunds rolling in a bit early for everyone! DDD 2/24, Emerald Card with advance and fees taken out of refund. Checked at 9:45 EST, refund was there!

Called SBTPG earlier today, pending deposit for 2/26. Called again 10 mins ago for shits and giggles and automated system says..we have no record of your return. Wait….what!!? Website says deposit sent 2/26. Call again and now it says sent via DD 2/26.
I almost wish I didn’t know about all these different ways to check on my refund, it’s makes it all worse.

Is this happening only to those who have fees being taken from their refund and are going through SBTPG?
This is so crazy, so many people waiting for their money. I’m using a payroll card called Skylight Netspend, 2/26 DDD, SBTPG says they’ve sent it as of 2/26, but I have nothing and no pending deposit except for my employer payroll deposit for Thursday. Smh I can’t even believe this. I know it says if you haven’t received it by March 2nd then contact your bank, but I have ALWAYS gotten my return 1-2 days before DDD.
