3/4 DDD, received this morning on my Serve card. Filed with JH. Fees thru Republic bank. Good luck everyone!!!
@rhood1208 I went thru Republic this year. Woke up to my deposit this morning for 3/4. Sbbtpg has had sooo many probs this year. I m reading of folks still waiting for the 2/26 deposit and having to send in documents and proof of filing to get their money. I have noticed that most of those people used TT. Hopefully the kinks are worked out and yall receive y’alls money today!!!! Good luck!!!

I have republic bank this year and I am relieved. I have seen so many people with Sbbtpg having problems with their refunds. I hope we get them early.@arabs r best. You’re fukn hilarious. I’ve seen all your posts on these threads, cuz I have nothing better to do, and you make me lmao. Thanks!!!

Thank you soo muchfor taking time out of your day to check🙏I think a couple of days. I have Serve this year and they usually deposit 2 days early. Last year I used Chase and I didnt get it until the DDD. Hopefully we get something this weekend!!!

So I just got off he phone with a rep from SBBT. There are different departments and numbers for SBBT: 1-Turbo tax; Tax Act (etc)., 2- Liberty Tax Service, 3- Jackson Hewitt, 4 private tax prepares. So I was told to call the number for Jackson Hewitt (888-353-7228). I told the Rep that I spoke with the IRS and the agent informed me that my refund was already released and accepted. My refund is supposed to be going through Jackson Hewitt and SBBT for fees then to be deposited on an AMEX Serve Card. I told the rep that I wanted to make sure that there was nothing wrong with the card accepting the refund. The rep first stated that they haven’t received my refund. I asked her how that was possible when the IRS agent told me that the dd was accepted. I asked if there was a problem. She stated that there were no problems, but that the refund was not yet processed and to call them back tomorrow, 2-23 if I hadn’t received my refund by 12pm PST. Is there anyone else with an AMEX Serve/ JH/ 2/23 on the west coast who has or hasn’t already received their money?Hi Everyone,

The fees were outrageous, but like you I decided to get a loan, and now I’m left wondering what is going on. Last year I had to E-file 2015 and file 2013 and 2014 by paper, and it still didn’t take this long to receive my refund. I filed 1/17.
