The tax system in the US is incredibly complicated and people in all financial situations are at risk of overpaying taxes, resulting in a tax refund. Based on your posts here you seem to not really understand how tax refunds work. There’s a lot of people here who do understand, so instead of giving advice that’s embarrassingly thoughtless and incorrect, maybe you should ask questions so can better understand the tax system.
Why do you find it so upsetting that strangers on the internet are “looking into shit so much”? If you are so annoyed by posts here… Maybe you should stop reading them. The only person you have control over is yourself.

A refund from the IRS is given when someone pays more into federal taxes than is required. Overpayments to the IRS can happen for many reasons and by literally anyone who receives income of any kind.
My path massage left and I’m sitting at “it’s being processed…” Are any of you guys changing your income tax withholding allowance for 2020? It’s fun getting the big chunk, but the whole process seems weird when I can just see a bit more in each pay check instead of waiting and wondering when the chunk will come.
