Ddd for original return was 3/7 received it on chime 3/6 … filed amended return for federal and NY same day 3/7/23 FUNDS for AMENDED return posted to chime this past Monday 3/20/23 .. New York is on a roll this year

FINALLY .. didn’t think they updated on fridays BUT I SURE DID

Least it didn’t change to audit I guess .. so now I will be stuck waiting til next week . I had review when it was first accepted it switched to processing same week PATH was lifted for federal . Got federal back on 2/22/23
NYS doesn’t update overnight/ early morning like federal … NYS usually updates between 12pm as late as 5pm
NYS updated back to processing been on review since 1/30/23 .. federal ddd 2/23 should have it tomorrow evening
Well NYS just paid out that 2nd round of the healthcare bonus this past Friday … so I think they stalling waiting for people that owe to file so they can pay us
NYS is on a ROLL this year … filed AMENDED return for state and federal 4/20/22 .. accepted same day .. FUNDS from NYS amended return were deposited last night around 10:30 pm .. as of date for federal amended is 5/16/22 .. hopefully they process it soon
FINALLY … after 2 months of getting the maintenance message I finally updated with DDD for Friday April 1st .. I haven’t been able to see my status online up until about a week ago .. ACCEPTED back on January 29th .. ONLINE has not updated with the DDD yet but the automated line on the says it was processed THANK GOD
NYS accepted my return back in January on the 29th … haven’t been able to see my status until last week been getting maintenance message ever since .. but now it says received and being processed .. long as it doesn’t change to review or audit I’m fine .. just waiting for that ddd to pop up .. didn’t receive no letters or anything like some people did that kept getting the maintenance message
Can’t even check my status on the website .. called last week was told “may need further review” called again today around 2pm .. was told its “still processing” so who really knows .. a surprise deposit would be nice WHO KNOWS WITH NY SMH
@nynic Thanks looks like NY took the 87$ I owed them from my amended return last year and sent me the rest . They gave me my earned income credit no problem 😉
NY state refund just hit that bluebird card DDD 3/5 updated yesterday evening from processing…. federal ddd was 3/3 … hit bluebird card 3/2 🔥🔥got both refunds 2 days apart

Accepted 2/17 … ddd 3/5 . They adjusted my refund ….. I amended my NY return last year NEVER sent them the 90$ I owed them from the changed… it’s either that or they denied my earned income credit like they did 3 years ago we will see when deposit hit.. last year I got the entire refund just fine

Day 10 … still processing .. NO review messages .. I can’t feel that DDD coming soon .. I usually update around day 12 or 13 especially since I been on processing the entire time .. FEDERAL ddd 3/3 … NY state should fall around that same week so happy
Day 8 still processing .. never left processing hopefully they give me a DDD in the next few days like last year.. it was so quick and smooth last year feeling like it will be the same this year I should of switched to review by now

NY state was accepted today .. hopefully they process my return in 6 days like they did last year I only have earned income credit … but who knows with NY it was quick and easy last year for me I was shocked when from processing to DDD no review status
So just did my amended returns and added the 3 w2 forms I was missing .. come to find out I now owe NY state 89$ and federal owes me another 99$ . I got both refunds already I will just send NY 89$ back out of the refund they sent me . Easy 🔥🔥

federal was deposited this morning around 5am on bluebird … anyone know when the limits for bluebird reset ??? 9pm I can’t remember

I had ddd 2/7 for NY state refund … funds were deposited a day early 2/6 around 5pm with prepaid card . Not sure with traditional banks
@Kristine Yes my New York State ddd was 2/7 .. I got the funds in my account the evening of 2/6 around 5pm on my bluebird card . Accepted on 1/21 stayed on processing the energies time no review or audit messages . New York website updated 2/4 around 3pm with ddd 2/7
Accepted 1/22 DDD was 2/7 .. Got the deposit on 2/6 .. I stayed on processing the entire time no further review or audit messages . Usually means review or audit if it says so .
I was asked to enter the document number from my NY drivers license .. I wonder if that makes a difference in processing ??? Any of you on review did the same ?? I processed in under 2 weeks total from accepted to deposit
I filed 1/11/2020 .. accepted by NY on 1/22/2020 .. stayed on processing the entire time until 2/5/2020 updates to ddd 2/7/2020 .. received funds in my account 2/6/2020 around 5pm .. I do have earned income credit . Currently PATH message on federal
I received my New York State this past Thursday with earned income credit … I was accepted 1/22 DDD was 2/7 … deposit to bluebird 2/6 at 5pm .. federal has PATH message so I’m thinking 2/26 maybe 2/25 for federal deposit
Received my NY state this past Thursdays … ddd was Friday 2/7 … FEDERAL updated to PATH message today … god is good I’m just about done with tax season early this time around … usually NY drags for me … they processed me in under 2 weeks this year so happy
NYS Accepted 1/22 .. ddd updated on 2/5 with 2/7 ddd .. received the NYS refund last night 2/6 around 5:30 pm on my bluebird card … waiting until 8pm for this ATM limit to reset so I can cash out again

DDD 2/7 just DEPOSITED to my Amex bluebird account … I have earned income credit so good thing New York State doesn’t follow path .. quickest I ever got my New York State refund 14 days to be exactI never left processing also filed 1/11 accepted 1/22 … updated last night around 6pm to ddd 2/7 .. hopefully its deposited sometime tonight I have a prepaid card

I’m soooo surprised my NY taxes were processed in exactly 2 weeks ddd 2/7 … I have to amend I forgot 2 w2’s from part time jobs I had early last year in January that lasted about a week both temp jobs . I stayed on processing from 1/22 until yesterday evening 2/5 I updated to ddd 2/7
State returns DO NOT go thru SBTPG .. if you scroll down when you log in it ONLY shows your federal amount . State refunds come DIRECTLY from the state treasury. When you file with turbo you pay up front with a credit or debit card or it clearly says “pay with federal refund” doesn’t say anything about whichever comes first always been deducted from federal for me
I paid my fees thru turbo tax (SBTPG) both state and federal will be deducted when they receive it so NY will just send me a straight deposit from the state treasury
NY made me wait until the end of March when I filed opening day last year …. they also denied me the earned income credit last year adjusted my refund and only gave me what I paid in …. THIS YEAR COMPLETE OPPOSITE processed in exactly 14 days to receive DDD of 2/7 … and they also gave me the full amount this year SO WEIRD !! NY is so wishy washy
Fees are deducted from federal only … state returns come directly from the state right to your bank accounts

NYS was approved yesterday with ddd 2/7 .. accepted 1/22 .. fastest turn around I ever had with NY state .. 16 day turn around from acceptance to DDD.. I have earned income credit at least the states don’t follow path like federal

NYS accepted 1/22 … still processing message since day 1 no changes
NYS accepted 1/22/20 .. been processing since day 1 no change at all . Hopefully this year goes smooth and I don’t get reviewed .. usually it would of switched to further review by now
