In NJ. TT, pather, fees taken out. So far Nothing as of 7:44pm eastern.
I filed this year the same as i did last year. CTC and EITC with fees taken out. People are right when they say a day early. Checked my CK trans history and it showed the day before. Won’t be first thing in the AM tho. IIRC it was between 6:30 and 7pm eastern but it was there early.
I was starting to get worried myself. Filed 1/24, accepted 1/26. TT, EITC and CTC, fees taken out and it seemed to take forever to update to the PATH message. Checked yesterday morning and it updated to PATH message with topic 152. I read an article recently that said there were some “upgrades” to the WMR tool. Those changes may be making the tool act differently than it has in prior years.
February 6, 2024 at 9:39 pm in reply to: PATH message different on WMR (“processing delays”)? #4535297So i just read an article on a local news site (nj1015.com) that essentially said on top of all the changes to the various credits and such that the IRS expanded the WMR tool to give more detailed information in certain situations and for certain statuses. Essentially things are not going to look or act the same as they have in the past. So expect some differences in status messages and how the “3 bars” behave.
I called first century to inquire last week and was told i was disqualified because i was flagged for an offset, dispite the fact that i passed their pre-qualification, that i was accepted and am only showing topic 152, not 203 and more importantly that i called the BFS hotline and was told i have NO OFFSET!!! So how does first century know about an offset that doesn’t exist.
