I have the same thing, just not the 424. Apparently 971 means manual review

Oh. Ok. Used to that now. Smh. Been such a hassle since my girls dad(hasn’t been around since 2010) tried claiming them two years ago. They keep trying to say I don’t qualify as head of household. I’m a single parent.
