Check to see if you can view your return transcript for 2019. If you can, they are currently updating. I was accepted 1/27 & I was just now able to view mine & ive been checking DAILY!

Federal transcripts blank & I was accepted on 1/27 & my GA account is still green & I was accepted 2/3… I’m so over it this year! I’m not strapped for cash or anything but I do have something special planned next week & it’d be nice to know I’d have it in time. Whew, chile!

@ac If your amount has gone to black zeros, that usually means that you have been processed. You should be getting a DDD in a couple of days.

@jamie If you are getting the “Your return has been received please allow 90 days” message, then they’ve accepted it. If you go to gtc.dor.ga.gov you can create an account & log in to see what’s going on. Make sure you opt in for notifications & they will text & email you with updates.

I got that 2/3 message twice, but when I tried again on 1/27 my efile was successful. I have yet to be accepted. I don’t know if GA knows when they will start accepting returns.

I got the same thing this morning, but I went through it last year. All I had to do is call and verify some info and received my refund in 2-3 days. They told me 21 days, though. The best way to get through is to press option 1 to check the status and after you go through the process it will automatically transfer you.
