Fees and loan taken out of my federal which I got after state.

Hope any of my info helps anyone else. This forum got a bit nasty and kinda dumb toward the end of my reading it but still some useful info out there. Thanks to everyone

@tae they definently didnt to me and I’ve had both my state and federal put on emerald card last 2 years and they didnt take a penny out of my state which I got first and I had more than enough to cover it if they wanted. Maybe that is different for you but I have no reason to just make that up lol

@Brett it’s all good bro. I had a ddd of 2/10 which was yesterday and it went on my emerald card at 6am which was obviously awesome lol. I was worried because I had it going on the emerald card that it would take an extra day or 2 but it didnt

@Brett stop telling people they definelty take out fees from whatever is first. You think I’m lying but last year and this year they didnt take it out of my state which I got first. My fees and advance equal 1250 and my state refund was 1500 and I got the full 1500 yesterday.

@me what is “early” for you getting your money before. You got your money as a pather before the 15th? I find it hard to believe. These people have been called liars because it’s a law that days that cant happen. Someone calling me a liar about telling them my fees didnt come out of my state which I got first is different because that’s not illegal lol

@Brett Sorry you think I’m lying g for some reason but I stand by what I said. My state return was $1500 so there was plenty to cover loan and fees and they didnt take fees. And again the same thing before this year. I just want this info out there in case if helps someone else reading it.

@dinoflex hr block takes the fees out of federal. My mass state hit this morning to my emerald card. No fees taken out. I have done taxes with hrblock for last 4 years and fees have been taken out of fed return which has always been the second to hit after my state

No one with the 2 credits we all know about got a ddd of 2/12 !!! Its literally illegal!!!!! Stop lying what’s the point

Thank you ladyem24!! You just made me go check and I got same message as your friend. Approved and said my refund was issued on feb 10. It’s weird the way its worded lol it says they issued it on feb 10 not that they will issue it but it’s all the same
