I couldnt imagine I have 4 kids as well. This just makes life hard especially becauee they can give two craps. Praying for you!@Simona
Have a similar story here as well. Just kept running circles around me. I even called sometimes and was told different information within one day. They could never keep their stories straight. My mom told me they held a lot of return to make our countries deficit looka better for the quarter. Seems like she was right since now they are all seeming to finally come through.
I wish I did. This is the first year I have ever needed one. I am suprised they arent abke to get it sooner with you habing an eviction notice. I really hooe they resolve your issue soon. I would just stay on their asses. If you have kids twll them they will be honeless before those 8 weeks are up.

I highly suggest getting a TA. Call the IRS and talk to a person and ask them if they put in a referral for a TA for you. Make something up. Like your car broke down and you cant get to work. They will definitely help you move the process along faster.

I was shocked honestly. Didnt think we would get our return til we got our next one. I filed an amended return as well. But they said they cant process that til my original was done because it was already in examination. I am only getting what I was original suppose to. My amended showed i should be getting another 2,000. My advocate wasnt sure when id get it though. But at least we are getting something. Dont give up though. Believe me there were a few times I wanted to. But I couldnt. We needed this money bad.
Stay on their butts for your money!!!Just recieved a call from my tax advocate. He said my refund is set to deposit on September 25th. Which is wierd because my Wheres my refund has not even updated.

Seriously never using turbo tax ever again.They told me they have 6 weeks to notify me or give me a deposit date.
I got a tax advocate should hear from them by Monday. Not holding my breathe for this return at all.
Although I hope your right.I do have adjustments. I messed up a number on our AGI and so now I am here waiting and waiting. But i bet if I owed money they would of had that fixed the first time I called. Such a joke.
I sent my documents at the end of May and they closed on my account september 12th. I think these IRS reps have a few screws loose because i bet if you call tomorrow you will be told something different. Everytime I call i get different information. EVER. SINGLE. TIME. never fails.

Called the IRS a fee days ago and the said they closed on my account on September 4th. They said this twice to me. Then I just got off the phone and now she said they didnt close the 4th they were just preparing to close. And that they officially closed the account yesterday and it can take 6 weeks to either get my return or a notice in the mail. What the hell is going on. Why wont they just release the money I have been waiting for since January. How much linger do we have to wimait. We havr 4 kids with birthdays in the next three months then Christmas. Without that money we cant do anything at all for them.
To get live person on phone. Call the number.
Press one for English.
Press 2 for personal income taxes.
Press one.
Press three.
Then press two.
Do not answer the question. It will ask for info twice do not enter anything.
