      FYI> For those of you emailing the commissioner, as I did, DO NOT expect an answer in your email. I have read that the IRS NEVER SENDS emails to anyone. This means to me, if they do read our emails we are going to get a form letter mailed to your address if you provided it in in the email. Again, agitating, ridiculous and frustrating!

        I too have sent an email to the commissioner. I feel it is worth a try but have a feeling these emails are just going to get either deleted or read by some low level clerk and nothing done. I hope I am wrong. I am in same situation as most of you has said I am eligible with no payment date and correct dd account info since it was issued. Going to email commissioner and call my congressman’s office weekly.
