I had to do the same thing. It normally takes 2 weeks after they receive the paperwork. I didnt have a TA. I have a DDD for tomorrow. Good luck hope u get some good news soon.

After almost 2 months of waiting. I finally have a DDD of March 10. This has been a long roller coaster ride. I pray next year be better. I will make sure I have all my ducks in a row. To everybody that got a DDD congrats and to the ones that’s still waiting hang on in there. It’s hard but you will see the light at the end of the tunnel. Texasgirl I hope u enjoy your cruise. I want to say thanks for being so helpful to me and others. You were truly helpful. I will be in San Antonio next month taking my kids back to Sea World since we got rained out last year during Memorial Day weekend. Gotta use my raincheck before they expire lol. Im also coming to Austin to take the boys back to the state capitol never know I might run across u lol. You are truly a blessing from God and I wish there were more people like you. Again have enough fun for me on your cruise.
I filed 1/23 accepted the same day. Bar went missing 2/10. Call the IRS and was told my return was still processing wait 21 days. Called back on 2/13 which made 21 days. I was told my return wasn’t received until 2/3 wait 21 days from that date and call back. I called back on 2/16 was told they sent a letter on 2/9 it’s was a12C and she couldnt see what it was for. I assumed it was for the healthcare that I only had 1 month. She said they want be able to help me until April the 11. I went to our local IRS office in Farmers Branch, Texas and I told the lady I been trying to order my return transcript for school just so she could tell me what the letter was for. She said I can’t order it because it’s still processing and it’s been sent to the error department. I needed to fill out formy 8962. They said the letter was sent on the 9th of Feb. When I received the letter on the 20th it was dated for the 17th of Feb wtf. I filled out the paperwork and took it back to the IRS office in Farmers Branch, Texas on 02/22. I thought the idiot faxed my paperwork over to the Austin office. I returned back to Farmers Branch office on 02/26 because I still wasn’t able to order my transcripts hoping for him to tell me if my information was received. He tells me he mailed my paperwork. I wanted to choke the life out of him. I could have done that myself. So I contact the IRS today and they tell me my paperwork was received and I should receive my refund in 4 weeks if everything is ok, otherwise I will receive another letter. I was like wtf. I’ve been waiting over a month now and I might have to wait another month or longer. I’m still not able to order my return transcript. I am so frustrated with the IRS. I can’t contact an advocate because I don’t really have a hardship. This has been the worse tax season ever. Idk why it takes so long to release someones money. Do anyone know if it will actually take that long. I am so upset right now.
Ugh I’m so fed up right now. I filed on 1/23. Bars went away on the 10th. Call IRS on the 13th and was told my return wasn’t received until the 3rd which was a lie. Rep said call back 22 days from the 3rd. I called back on the 17th was told I should receive a letter and it was sent on the 9th which was a lie. I went to my local IRS office because I couldn’t order return transcript just to get them to tell me what this letter was for. Find out I needed to wait til I receive the letter and it’s for form 1095-A and form 8962. I filled all that paperwork out. Finally received the letter on the 20th. The letter was dated for the 17th. I went back to the IRS office and turned in all the required paperwork hoping that will put a rush on the processing. Still no change. I called the IRS again this morning and the lady said I need to wait a while for it to show up in their system and to keep checking WMR. She said it takes 6-8 weeks for processing. This has been the worse tax year ever. The IRS is on major BS. Do I need to get a tax advocate? I need my money.

I guess I did miss the post ugh. I will be there 1st thing in the morning. I really need my money lol!! I been following the forum since the beginning. They wouldn’t give me the fax number to fax it. They said I had to wait on the letter because I have to send a copy of the letter with it. I pray I get some good news tomorrow. This is the only thing that’s holding me up. I didn’t know because the IRS wasn’t giving me any information. I found out the other day when I went there that it was for for 8962. That’s only because I told the lady I needed my transcript for school. I just want to say thank you. You have been very helpful to many in our time of need.
I was told I had a letter sent on the 9th of February. I get the letter yesterday finally and it was dated 2-17-16 wtf. I figured the letter was coming from Austin because that’s were my return is processed so why in the hell would it take that long to receive a letter. I’ve been sitting here waiting for this letter for awhile now. I even went to my local IRS office in Farmers Branch, Texas and wasn’t too much help. They told me what form I had to fill out but wouldn’t give me anymore information. I forgot to file form 8962 for Obama Care. They are holding my taxes for a $7 increase on my refund. They want release it until I send the paperwork. I’m beyond pissed because if I filed on 1/23 I’m quite sure they saw this error when I was calling them and they kept giving me the run around. What a great government we have ugh. I’m just so frustated right now. I didn’t get the letter until yesterday evening. Now I have to find a fax machine to fax this information to them and pray that they release my funds soon. It will be a month Tuesday. If anyone has any ideal how long it takes after I fax this paperwork to them I will appreciate it. This has been a very long and stressful process. The IRS said that my local IRS office can send the paperwork to the proper person as well. Should I fax it myself or have them to send it?

She said the lady at the IRS office could have easily taken the form and mailed or faxed it where it needed to go. I really got angry then. So she told me I should be receiving the letter any day now and it will have all that information on it. She wouldn’t even give me the information they want me to wait on a damn letter. I have all the paperwork filled out. Ugh this has been a horrible tax season. Now I have to play the waiting game. The letter didn’t come in the mail today so I’m praying I will get it tomorrow so they can hurry up and process it. Do anyone have any advice. I’m very frustrated.
Well I just got off the phone with the IRS and my taxes are being held. She was very nice. She said they sent me out a letter on the 9th and it is 12C she said she don’t know what 12C is because they are in the call center. She said I have to wait to April 11 before calling them back. She said they took me out of normal processing so checking wmr will not help. Do anyone know what 12C is? She said she still waiting on her taxes as well. She was really helpful and put me on hold like 3 times trying to get information for me. She said whenever your bars disappear it means its no longer in normal processing. Again if anyone know what they are requesting I will really appreciate your help.
Just received my account transcript which is 0. It has a date of February 22 on it which I’m not understanding. I’m still not able to order my return transcript and its day 24. Called the IRS got a rude rep who didn’t even look into my account she just basically tried to get me off the phone. She said you have to wait to get your refund before you can order transcript which I knew was a lie because a lot of people ordered theirs and they haven’t received a refund. So now I’m on hold hoping to get a better rep. This has been a long process. If I don’t get any answers I will just go to the local office in the morning.

The website is not always up to date. My neighbor was on one bar and she checked her account and her money was in her account. If your tax person said the 18th you should get your money. Your return is done processing so I don’t see you not getting your money.

I filed on 1/23 as well and I’m not able to order my return transcript. I call on 2/2 and I was told by someone that my return was received and its still processing. I lost my bar on 2/10 so I called the IRS back on 2/13 and was told they didn’t receive my return until the 3rd which is a lie. I been trying to get through to the IRS all day and they keep making me go through the automated or try again tomorrow because the call volume is high. I will just go to my local office here in Texas because I can’t seem to get through over the phone. I even tried to verify my identity to make sure that wasn’t the hold up. I was unable to verify online it had me to call the 800 # which was unsuccessful because I couldn’t get through to nobody. This has been on frustrating tax season. You may have to call a Tax Advocate thats what most people on this site been stating. I wish you luck with your tax situation. I hope all of us see some improvement soon.

I still can’t order my return transcript either. I filed on 1/23. I called on 2/13 and the guy said they didn’t receive my return until 2/3 which is a lie. I just tried calling and I can’t get throught. It keep telling me to use the automated system or try again Wednesday or Thursday when the call volume is down. I really need to know what is going on. This is day 24 ugh!!!

I’m still not understanding what’s going on with me. I filed 1/23 had 1 bar called them 14 days later the lady said they received my return on the 23rd and it’s still processing. I called back on the 13th which made 21 days. My bars went missing on the 10th and I’m still not able to order my return transcript. The guy said they didnt receive my return until the 3rd which I knew was a lie because I was already told it was the 23rd. Do u think I was resequenced? Can you please tell me what might be going on?

I thought you were taking your comments offline. I see you are still trolling. Get lost you are so negative. For the 1st and last time its advice and not advise. Like I said earlier your opinions are not necessary. If you don’t have anything positive to say don’t speak at all. People can ask whatever question that choose too. If you don’t have an answer why don’t you keep strolling or try to find a way to help answer the question instead of being negative. Again why don’t you be gone like yesterday!!!!!

You don’t have to be so rude and nasty towards people. If you don’t like them asking questions you can always dismiss yourself. I’ve had enough of your negative behavior. If they want to ask questions they can because apparently the IRS don’t want to give out any information that’s helpful. Stop trolling and being rude. Your opinion is not necessary here. This forum is for people who want to give advice. Its not fo people who want to bash someone for asking a question. Do us all a favor and be gone like yesterday!!!

I just got off the phone with the IRS. I filed and was accepted on 1/23. Which made my 21 days today. My bars went away on yeterday. Still cant order return transcript. I got a really nice rep and he said it was received by them on the 3rd of February and to give it up to 21 days from that date. OMG I’ve been waiting forever. I praying something happens soon. Do you think I was resequenced?
Can anybody helpelse that may have had the same problem???

My bars disappeared this morning too. I’m not able to order my return transcript tho. I’m not understanding whats going on. If someone could let me know I will greatly appreciate it.
Been trying all day to order my return transcripts and still no luck. Tomorrow is 21 days. I hope I get an update soon especially since my bars has disappeared.
