My refund just changed…. After checking everything calling everything.

It’s says offset you will get a letter in 30 days to 60 days

Even tho I have no offset. I called and checked. No state or federal debt.

THANKS NY for screwing me over yet again.

When you call they say 30 days. Even when it’s almost been 30 days. What the hell.

NYS is beyond slow filed on 1/23 /20
Accepted 2/1/20 … Stays on the received and processing FOREVER.
IDK Y NYS is like this
4 years ago filed same day and got 2 weeks later
2 years ago filed same and got April 22nd
Last year I filed later and got quick
NO CONSISTENCY

NYS just changed the maintenance schedule
Now it’s until MONDAY morning 6am

Keeps saying return request amount doesn’t match
Called NYS they said it does match
And they don’t know why

Super annoying when you can’t see what’s going on.
.I’ve heard the 11th is the next DD day

But still saying wrong refund amount.

And I called again they were no help at all.
Just said idk call back in 30 days
