It can be 22,000 if you have the type of job that has taken out too much in taxes. My husband works in car sales they do a flat tax we we always get 15,000 to 19,000 back in taxes

Hey Bart it seems you are the person to ask. I filed and got accepted on 1/26 got one bar then a notice saying action taken. I looked at my transcript I have a cycle code of 20150505 with a date of 02/23/2015 my codes are as follows:

150 806 766 826 971

I know i owe for federal taxes from one year and even after that am due a refund. Any idea when I should expect it.

WMR is totally off. It does not update properly for everyone. I wouldn’t waste my time worrying about it. The transcripts are your best bet.

They are on the account transcripts under transactions

transcripts can take 5 or more days to come in the mail. You need to retrieve it online.

Transcripts can update hourly based on info that is available at the time. If you have an offset you can expect a delay. If it is for federal taxes it can be one or two weeks. What you want to look for on your transcript is your cycle code. Mine is 20150505. Then you want to look for code 846

Any discrepancy in info can cause a delay. Since you can’t view your transcript you have no choice but to call. Hopefully you can get someone that is very helpful and nice. is your transcript blank or are you having issues retrieving it?

I have a cycle code of 20150505 my transcript codes are 150 806 826 and 971. I do know I have a federal tax offset. But I don’t know what the codes mean and when I will receive the balance of my refund. There is also a date on the transcript 02/23/2015
